But support isn't the same as rescuing, and space isn't the same as abandonment. Whether you're overwhelmed after a scene, feeling unexpectedly activated, or simply need to reconnect with yourself or a partner, knowing how to regulate together can completely change the night. In this workshop we'll explore how nervous systems influence one another, how to recognize when someone needs presence rather than solutions, and how to ask for the kind of support you actually want.

Hi everyone, Here's our activity map for the Four Play ✨ As for the questions that were raised here: ✈️ The workshop tickets are normal entry tickets, designed for early arrivers who wish to participate in the workshops. Of course, anyone with a normal ticket (digital or Abendkasse) is more than welcome to arrive early and attend the workshop. ✈️ As always, the skip tickets sell out a few days before the event. We encourage you to be quick. We can't add more tickets, since we don't want to overcrowd the guest list entrance, which is supposed to have the benefit of being faster. ❤️ IMPORTANT request from us organizers: It's summer, and the city is full with people who might have less experience in environments such as ours. We ask you to be extra responsible, help us make sure that everything happens with consent, and that fellow guests are well. A friendly word, inquiring about a person's condition - those don't cost us anything, but for others could mean everything. We believe in you! 💋

Good morning everyone 🌞 Let's talk about the upcoming workshop on Friday: ✨ Dancing In The Storm: Self‑Regulation for Night Creatures ✨ In a space where people really play, self‑regulation isn’t just about “feeling calm”. It’s about what you do when things go too far, too fast. Maybe someone crosses a boundary, a scene stops abruptly, or you witness something that turns you on and scares you at the same time. Your system can flip into freeze, panic, people‑pleasing, or rage in seconds. This session gives you party‑ready tools for those moments. We’ll practice noticing early body signs, using tiny, discreet resets when you feel yourself leaving your body, and choosing a next step that protects you: taking space, asking for support, or clearly naming a limit. You’ll leave with a few simple moves and sentences you can actually remember when the storm hits. ✨ Many could probably relate, and for us, organizers, it is absolutely important that as many of you as possible take advantage of the quality educational content we offer. Dear community, Please take a moment to read this message. At the end of last month, our resident DJ and friend Jamaica Suk contacted us to let us know that she would be unable to perform at the July edition of Four Play due to a medical emergency. What initially appeared to be a spinal fracture and fluid in the lungs led to weeks of hospital stays, ICU admissions, extensive testing, and life-support interventions. Jamaica has since been diagnosed with an aggressive form of triple-negative breast cancer that has metastasized to her spine and liver. The diagnosis is extremely serious. However, she is now receiving appropriate treatment and seeking additional medical guidance. Throughout this ordeal, Jamaica has remained remarkably strong, lucid, self-advocating, and even able to find moments of humor while taking each day as it comes. Like many artists, Jamaica’s livelihood depends entirely on her ability to perform. Without being physically present on stage, there is no income. There is no salary or sick leave running in the background, while rent and everyday expenses continue regardless. Her friends and family have set up a GoFundMe campaign to help support her during this difficult time. Any contribution, no matter the amount, can make a difference.
