βThe worldβs economies are gonna be dragged down by all the sick and elderly people that are gonna come alongβ.
Dr David Sinclair.
If iβm not mistaken, there are roughly 400 000 plant species and because I usually put practicality ahead of aesthetics, I like to look at plant herbs that are of medicinal or healing value. As the saying goes βGod gave herbs for the service of men.β Off the top of my head, the one I can think of is Aloe vera, which is a versatile and valuable plant, known for its wide range of medicinal and cosmetic benefits.
It has been used for centuries in traditional medicine and still remains relevant and popular as a natural remedy.
Although itβs not native to Asian countries, our climate can support its growth here. Itβs actually pretty easy to grow it since it requires minimal care. It only needs well-drained soil and a bit of periodic watering.
I like the fact that it contains growth stimulant, meaning it can also be taken internally to coat, soothe and heal the gastro-intestinal tract. For example, Irritable bowel and ulcers are the easiest conditions to heal because the cells that line the gastro-intestinal tract are remade every 3-5 days. If we put a person on aloe vera for 3-4 days and itβs amazing how quickly they heal because itβs anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory.
Aloe vera can also be used externally for all hair and skin problems, including dandruff, burns, wounds, sunburn, and minor cuts. It also has moisturizing and anti-aging benefits.
So, in short I should say most homes have aloe vera and if they donβt, they should.

So, here is the thing: A lot of women out there who are naturally very thin, lanky, tall are coming on and promoting the idea that lifting weights does in fact make bulky. And that what you should be doing to look like them or to have that βfeminine toneβ is to do pilates, yoga, and a lot of walking and cardio.
Maybe it's just we have different ideas on what counts as bulky but in order for you to bulk up, get extremely muscular, you have to dedicate years to strength training very intensely in the gym and you have to eat in a calorie surplus at times to build muscle. Let me be very clear: there is no difference between a feminine tone and just building muscle if you just want small frame leaner look that mainly comes down to calorie intake and i get heated on this topic because more and more there is research and evidence coming out about how good it is for you to lift heavy weights in the gym. It's gonna decrease your all-cause mortality. It's gonna increase your bone density as you get older. It is especially beneficial and no, I'm not talking about picking up five-pound dumbbells. Here is what i'll end off with. At the end of the day, it's most important that you find what works best for you. There is not a one-size fits all. Any exercise is better than no exercise but please for the love of god, stop believing that just strength training alone is gonna make you bulky.
