| 15 |  *𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍:*🚨Over 270,000 candidates scored C+ and above in the 2025 KCSE, qualifying for direct university entry, while 1,932 got straight A’s.
Out of the 993, 226 candidates who sat the 2025 KCSE exams, 492,012 are male while 501,214 are female representing 49.54 percent and 50.46 pc of the total candidature. This is the second year in a row that female candidates are more than the male.
1,180 candidates were found with exam irregularities and for that their results have been cancelled.
