🟢Porto-systemic anastomosis. هوه عباره عن anastomosis ديصير بين ال portal venous system وبين ال systemic venous system فائدته اذا صار عدنا Block بال portal venous system ف راح يحول المسار مالته الى systemic venous circulation (وهيه هاي حالة غير طبيعيه) هذا ال anastomosis يصير ب ثلاث اماكن وهي: 1- oesophgeal:between left gastric vein and lower oesophageal veins and azygous system(part of systemic venous circulation Its site in lower part of oesophagus Clinical condition of it called: Oesophageal Varecis. 2- Rectal: between the superior gastric vein (branch from inferior mesentric vein) And with middle and inferior rectal veins(which are systemic veins) To internal iliac vein. Its site In upper part of Anal canal Clinical condition called :Haemorrhoids. 3- paraumbilical: anastomosis between paraumbilical veins that run in ligmentum teres as portal veins and with small epigastric veins which ares systemic veins.
