📍the ductus deferens 📍 Artery to the ductus deferens: superior (sometimes inferior) vesical artery and terminates by anastomosing with the testicular artery Veins of the ductus drain into the testicular vein Its terminal portion drains into the vesicular/prostatic venous plexus. 📍Tre Seminal Glands.📍 Arterial Supply of Seminal Glands: 1. inferior vesical arteries 2. middle rectal arteries The veins accompany the arteries and have similar names 📍The Ejaculatory Ducts📍 Blood supply : arteries to the ductus deferens branches of the superior (but frequently inferior) vesical arterie The veins join the prostatic and vesical venous plexuses 📍The prostate📍 Blood supply The prostatic arteries are mainly branches of the internal iliac artery 1. inferior vesical arteries 2.internal pudendal arteries 3. middle rectal arteries. The venous drainge veins join to form prostatic venous plexus, drains into the internal iliac veins. prostatic venous plexus is continuous superiorly with the vesical venous plexus and communicates posteriorly with the internal vertebral venous plexus. Lymph node : mainly go to the internal iliac nodes Nerve supply Prostatic plexus of nerves is an offshoot of the inferior hypogatric plexus 📍Blood supply of Male Urethra 📍 1. The intramural part of the urethra and the prostatic urethra are supplied by the prostatic branches of the inferior vesical and middle rectal arteries 2. The intermediate and spongy parts of the urethra are supplied by the internal pudendal artery (Dorsal artery of penis). The veins accompany the arteries and have similar names. Lymphatic node 1. drain mainly into the internal iliac lymph nodes, 2. some lymph passes to the external iliac lymph nodes. 3. Lymphatic vessels from the spongy urethra pass to the deep inguinal lymph nodes.
