The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Moscow conveys its appreciation to all participants of the Logo Design Competition in commemoration of the 50th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Philippines and the Russian Federation in 2026. The Embassy informs the public that the period for submission of entries officially closed on 30 September 2025. All entries will undergo review and evaluation in accordance with the competition guidelines, and the winning design shall be announced in due course.

Design the Official Logo of the 50th Anniversary of PH–RU Diplomatic Relations
In celebration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Republic of the Philippines and the Russian Federation in 2026, we invite artists, designers, and creative individuals to submit original logo designs that will serve as the official visual identity of this important milestone.
The selected logo will be used in official communications, promotional materials, and public events throughout the anniversary year.
Winning Entry: ₱50,000 and official recognition

PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN RUSSIA SUCCESSFULLY CONCLUDES CANVASSING FOR NATIONAL ELECTIONS
(14 May 2025, Moscow) - Special Board of Canvassers (SBOC) Chairman Ambassador Igor G. Bailen, formally concluded the canvassing of votes at the Philippine Embassy in Russia for the 2025 Philippine National Elections on Wednesday, 14 May 2025.
Apart from Russia, the Embassy exercises concurrent jurisdiction over three more countries, namely: Armenia, Belarus, and Kazakhstan (consular). 736 voters of a total of 2150 registered Filipino voters across the four jurisdictions exercised their constitutional right to vote, which translates to a voter turn out rate of 34.23%.
