Over a 100-year-old Hindu temple ‘demolished’ in Pakistan's Punjab; officials make false claims saying it collapsed due to rain. The Hindu temple, which was over a century old, was reportedly demolished on August 21 to include its land in a madrassa. The temple was located in the Siraj village of Narowal, which lies around 130 kilometres from Lahore. It was around 100 to 125 years old and occupied approximately 1,000 sq metres of land. Local residents, and minority bodies stated that it was demolished to include its land in an adjacent seminary. The people who demolished the temple reportedly belonged to the Tehreek-i-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP). The government, on the other hand, has claimed that the temple collapsed due to torrential rains.

BREAKING: The US Army launched 96 to 160 PAC-3 MSE interceptors from its Patriot batteries in Jordan tonight against 32 to 40 Iranian ballistic missiles. Three to four rounds at each missile. At ~$4 million a shot, that is $380-640 million burned in a single wave to keep two bases covered. A fully loaded battery holds 72-96 MSE on the rails. Two batteries plus a local reload is a few hundred rounds in-country, and tonight took a third to half of that. Without a restock from the Gulf or US mainland, two or three more nights like this empty the Jordan magazines. If those batteries weren't fully loaded going into the night, the ready pile is already gone this morning. Each PAC-3 MSE takes about two years to build.

For a moment it seemed that the Russian attack on Kiev had ended, but it is still ongoing. Other regions and cities of Ukraine are also being attacked, including Odesa, with the use of missiles and drones.

🇮🇱🇮🇷⚡️ — Israel’s Shin Bet has confirmed that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s son, Yair Netanyahu, was urgently brought back to Israel after authorities identified a significant threat to his life, Channel 12 reports. Yair was reportedly a target of an alleged Iranian assassination plot while living in Florida in December 2025. The Shin Bet temporarily reassigned agents protecting President Isaac Herzog, who was in New York at the time, and sent them to Miami to assist in bringing Yair Netanyahu back to Israel.

Zelensky, at a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council, set the task of launching 1,000 strike drones per day against Russia. According to Zelensky, he held a Council meeting where the key issue was protection from Russian strikes on Ukraine. The goal is a thousand drones for long-range sanction strikes per day against the Russian Federation. Currently, there are 300 or more on average, but there should be more. We have a very specific goal, and we will accomplish this task," he said. He emphasized that the Russians have supposedly chosen a "tactic of intensifying terror."

The attack on Kiev is still ongoing So far, hundreds of buildings have been damaged or destroyed, and almost 40 people are dead. The attack has been going on for 82 hours and is the longest single bombardment since World War II.

🇳🇪⚡️- Niger's Gendarmerie Nationale is seemingly helping with certain arrests in Niamey but has not taken part in the firefights. It is unclear whether they are loyal to the regime as of now. There are still no proofs of the Africa Corps taking a stance in the ongoing coup attempt.

🇳🇪⚡️- Elements belonging to the anti-junta coup in Niamey have reportedly seized an air base as well as the Parachutist Bataillon's barracks near the capital. The Parachutist Bataillon's barracks are located nearby the Air Base 101, a stronghold of the Africa Corps in Niger.
