Hello! For those that were affected by the Samsung patch and wanted to legit return: I just spoke with Samsung and they said you can reuse the same prepaid return label to legit return your order. Just call them and say "Hey! FedEx had an issue with the return and they returned back the item to me. I have possession of the item right now and I would want to return. Can I use the same label even if it was already scanned by FedEx?". Samsung rep will tell you "yes, you can" and make sure they document that information to avoid any issues later.

That new Samsung policy affected the orders that were supposed to be done 1 week or so ago, that's why you might see some Samsung vouches getting posted because after the new policy was implemented, some orders worked. We had a random success less than 48h ago, that's why I don't lost the hopes yet.

Well, since no major refunder has mentioned anything about this, we want to be clear and tell you guys that low-key the Samsung method that we have been using since we started seems to be patched. Some orders are going through and some don't. The ones with problems are being actively worked on to see if we can find a fix. I can't say it's 100% dead, we are trying new things, but at the moment we won't be taking new Samsung orders. Also: 1) If you submitted a Samsung ticket in the past 7 days or so and we haven't started a return to get the labels, that means we didn't start your order so you can safely legit return. We are open to try a new method that MIGHT work, so if you want to test that for those untouched orders, let us know. (Only phones and tablet for this new method we want to test. Nothing else). or 2) If you submitted a ticket and we started a return but you are still within 14 days return window, then you can return in store. If you have a +14 days old Samsung Order that we already started and you want to return because you think Samsung is fully patched, the only way is trying to return in store even if the 14 day return windows expired.
