Yes, you don't get a receipt. But tracking details will show that "customer refused the delivery" so they have to refund. In the worst case scenario that this company blatantly scams you, you can easily win a PayPal or bank dispute because there's proof of that and the carrier will side with you.

If your order already arrived and it's not allowing you to start a return on their return portal but you purchased Onward VIP PXkage Protection, submit a ticket and put the notes "onward protection, cant start return", we might be able to save it.

If your Exodrones didn't arrive yet, I would recommend refusing the delivery. They are allowing returns for defective items now lol So, unless you are going to fake a damage on the package in order to return, refuse the delivery.

Ok so allegedly Exodrones died. I'm not surprised, this died the same night everyone posted it . This small company probably received +150 orders the same night, so it was really suspicious. Congratulations to the small group of loyal customers that managed to do it a few days before it was launched to the public, some of them already got their refund. If you already submitted a ticket and you already received the "return was started" email, it might work for you, but not for new orders (just legit return those) Also, what this means is that if you want to get these nice stores before they go public, you have to be a loyal customer and you eventually will get access to the private group. The purpose of this group is to avoid these situations where we post a store and then, 10min later, 5 random refunders post it as well, which causes the method to get burnt. At the moment, we are not charging people in order to join to this private group, Don't ask for invitation because it doesn't work like that, eventually you will be added if you are a recurrent customer.
