On February 22, 1993, 14-year-old Greg Ousley calmly entered his parents' bedroom, wielding a 12-gauge shotgun. He shot his father in the head before turning the gun on his mother, who had hurried to the dining room to seek help. Unfortunately, she wasn't fast enough. He fired two shots, resulting in her death. Greg was sentenced to 60 years in prison for the chilling crime. @morbidknowledge

Katherine Knight was the first Australian woman to be given life imprisonment without parole. She stabbed her partner, John Price, to death and then skinned him. Soon after, she decapitated him and cooked random parts of his body with the intention of feeding them to his unsuspecting kids. She even set the table and had place cards to tell the children where to sit. Thankfully, she was stopped by police after an employee of his went to check on him after he had not been at work that day.

Rather than using flames, water cremation uses water, and a small amount of an alkali like potassium hydroxide, heated to around 150℃. A combination of the heat, pressure and chemical break down body tissue, which dissolves harmlessly into the water. On June 3, 2011, 20-year-old Indiana University student Lauren Spierer disappeared following an evening at Kilroy's Sports Bar in Bloomington, Indiana. At 12:30 am Lauren left her apartment with a friend named David Rohn. The pair went to Jay Rosenbaum's apartment, and she met up with Corey Rossman, Rosenbaum's neighbor. Just over one hour later she was seen entering Kilroy's bar. After leaving the bar less than one hour later, multiple witnesses recounted seeing Lauren and described her as being very intoxicated. Lauren also left her cell phone and shoes at the bar. At 4:30am Lauren was seen leaving an apartment and hasn’t been seen since. @morbidknowledge

In 2014, three people died inside a flight simulator in a flight safety building at the Wichita’s Mid-Continent Airport, Kansas, when a real plane crashed into it. The pilot of the Beechcraft King Air B200 twin turboprop was killed along with three people in the building; six more people in the building were injured. @morbidknowledge

In 2021, a Russian father, Vyacheslav Matrosov, forced his best friend to dig his own grave and end his own life after he discovered he had been sexually abusing his daughter. Vyacheslav was sentenced to 18 months in jail but left after 6 months after a public appeal for his release. @morbidknowledge

On New Year's Eve in 2011, a Russian woman, often referred to as the Black Widow, made the disturbing decision to detonate a bomb at Red Square in Moscow. An act that would have ended many lives. The suicide bomb was designed to explode after the phone it was connected to received and recorded a text message. But things didn’t go to plan. While she was still at her safe house, her phone provider sent her a text message saying Happy New Year which accidentally detonated the bomb and killed her in the process. @morbidknowledge

A 45-year-old woman named Kristine Barnett adopted a 6-year-old Ukrainian girl in 2010 but, in 2019 was charged with abandoning her daughter in Indiana and fleeing to Canada in 2013. The woman claims her 'daughter' was found to be a 22-year-old sociopath with dwarfism who was pretending to be a child, and that she tried to kill her on multiple occasions. Kristine claims the girl tried pushing her onto an electric fence, poured bleach into her coffee, and threatened to stab her in her sleep.
