. Gimp works great for creating stickers. Gimp has a selection grow feature for adding the white outline around the sticker, and then there is a Drop Shadow filter for adding the shadow behind the sticker's white outline. 1. Find a picture you would like to turn into a sticker; 2. Remove its background (make it transparent); 3. Fit it into 512x512 canvas; Add white outline, so it has clear borders like a proper sticker should; 4. Add black shadow or thin black outline, so it will more visible on a chat with a light colored background. Make sure the image is small enough before adding the shadow to avoid chopping the shadow off in the edges. 5. Export to a PNG or WEBP file. 6. Go start the @stickers bot and it will step you through creating a sticker pack and adding stickers to it. Inkscape is better if you're creating a sticker graphic from scratch. Then you have a vector graphic that can be resized to any size. Animated Stickers are a different story. #How_To_Create_Telegram_Stickers

. Open Snitch is not available in any of the repositories right now, so you must install it through other means. This means once it is installed, it will not be updated. You will have to download and install updates MS Windows style 😟until it becomes available in a repository. The easiest way to currently install Open Snitch is to grab the .deb packages for Debian based distros, (Ubuntu, Mint, Pop OS, etc) You must grab both the daemon and the GUI ".deb" files. Once downloaded, you can double-click them in a file browser, which will launch the .deb files in the software center. 1. Grab the daemon .deb file here: https://github.com/evilsocket/opensnitch/releases 2. Grab the GUI .deb file here: https://github.com/evilsocket/opensnitch/releases/tag/v1.4.2 3.
