Hello everyone, I understand this will come as a shock but at this present point in time, FOMO has ended. However plans are being drafted as to the best way forward. What happened ? Institutional Investors It’s no secret that we have a number of different institutional investors that frequently invest large amounts into FOMO. In fact they are the main reason our chart acted like a stable coin. Collectively they have purchased just over $250,000 which was worth $350,000 Todays prices from Uniswap. These investors were provided access to the platform over the last few days and were very upset due to several of the influencers and their political / religious stand points. Especially regarding Palestine and other topics. As a result they threatened to withdraw the support and retract their investment immediately “ to sell $350,000” which of course would have a devastating impact on our $550,000 LP However this appeared to be resolved due to recent talks over the last 48 hours and whilst further investment would seize, they would at least not dump our chart. Today A few hours before launch of our social network, communications broke down a second time as they demanded certain people removed. Minutes before launch tokens started moving towards Uniswap and subsequently sold Due to them holding $350,000, they have the power to wipe out the LP fund in a single hit, not to mention of course panicked investors that sell on top of them. Sadly this was 100% due to happen and as a result we had to make our move first to secure investors funds. A fast decision had to be made: 1: Let the inevitable happen and fight on to rescue the project for months, before it hopefully recovers. 2: Announce the closure of the project. 3: Sell the companies tokens before institutional investors, to secure the funds until such time as a decision can be made to the best steps forward. Our thought process: 1: This is not an option, we have already given 7 months, sacrificed everything including time with families and even risking personal health. 2: Announcing the closure of the project will just see a handful of whales and probably the institutional investors swallowing up the liquidity, leaving the vast majority out of pocket and understandably upset, essentially the same outcome as a rug pull. 3: This is the only option we have at this stage, to sell the companies tokens and then take 1-2 days in order to regroup with a plan. FOMO’s and Your Actions: We have sold our company and team tokens, we will post here in the next 24 - 48 hours with our plan moving forward. A snapshot of all holders, including staking pools has been taken prior to this, so please sell your tokens. FOMO Poker Users: Please place a withdrawal request of your accounts funds. FOMO Trading Bot: Please export your private key, import into metamask / trust wallet / safepal and transfer your assets to a different wallet. The Plans Moving Forward: We as a community have invested time and emotions into this project so I understand this will come as a massive shock. The project was a 3 year dream of mine that was on the cusp of becoming true, which is why I have sacrificed so much and been here in the trenches to make this happen at a cost of family time and health. Therefore I’m equally gutted at this outcome. Of course this is crypto, so there will be people that will say lazily “this is a scam” etc Already some groups / KOLs and callers are pushing their narratives in an effort to poach followers when facts aren’t even known. Including holding spaces to cash in on the noise around the projects demise just so they can beat their chest and say “ Im your saviour” when that KOL has pumped n dumped hundreds of meme plays over the years, but thinks hes somehow different. 😂 If I wanted to scam or just make money, I would launch 3-4 memes a week anonymous and would make more than I did running FOMO.

I’m currently flying and traveling for work through Thursday. Apparently a snapshot of all holders/stakers was made before the big nuke in fomo and some recourse is coming idk anything further than that. You can sell if you were staked or holding but don’t buy. Also it’s not advised to sell or buy any FOMO Ape NFTs if you have any just hold those. So sorry again and thank you to all who DM’d or tagged me in loads of lounges and are sending their sympathies.
