Often times, I find myself being furious for no apparent reason. I heard someone say, "Anger comes when boundaries are crossed," and I still think about the days when my boundaries were crossed and I was disrespected, insulted, humiliated, but I wasn't weak enough to cry or strong enough to defend myself. Most times I remain silent; I wasn't hurt, nor was I sad. But as time went by, a strong sense of rage grew within me. I really am not aware of who I am angry with. Myself for being sensitive or them for being insensible.
