2nd week of gym. So, what has changed? Today, I was in two minds: I didn't feel like going to the gym. I couldn't start the day the way I wanted because of how nervous I was after that football match last night. However, I pulled myself together and made a right decision. I was feeling like a c**p, tbh, since I went to sleep at 5am and woke at 12pm. In order to fix this shitty mindset, I was immediately off to the gym. Surprisingly, I made new friends today. What's more exciting is the fact that I finally talked to a girl with whom I had been exchanging weird and funny eye contact for the past 2 weeks - "одну волну сделал!" New friends, new "a/okas" who motivate you to hit the gym harder is one of the best things that might happen to you when you feel insecure. Again, I can't stress this enough, my kings. If you feel like a piece of :), get your a** up and get a gym membership - start letting the guns out or appear on your body!
