Today, I realized how much I’ve grown compared to last year not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I used to be too lazy to wake up early or push myself to learn new things for work and study. Not anymore. Even though today is Sunday, I got up early, made breakfast, and went straight to work. I’m much calmer now and far more patient, even with people who annoy me. I know what I’m doing, and I know what’s right for me. I’ve even started reading global economic news every morning. What made me change? Life. Nobody is going to build comfort for you, you have to create it yourself.

It’s morning here 🥱😋 I’m at work for the conference and look what I’m eating again, ofc sugar 🤦🏻‍♂️ idk how to stop myself from this. - eating working, eating studying is my thing!
