Join Me in Cardiff: on 29th June 2025.
Stand Up for Childrenâs Rights
I will be speaking at the Stop the Childrenâs Wellbeing and Schools Bill protest outside the Welsh Parliament in Cardiff Bay on Saturday 29th June, starting at 1.30 pm. I hope to see many of you there.
This Bill is not just flawed it is dangerous. It promises âwell-beingâ while quietly eroding the legal rights of children, especially those with disabilities. In England, we face whispers of plans to scrap most EHCPs. In Wales, the ALN reforms have already stripped countless families of the legal safeguards they once relied on.
The consequences are real. Families are already being failed. Rights are already vanishing and unless we act, the damage will deepen.
This is about much more than policy. Itâs about values. Itâs about whether we still believe every child matters or only those who can conform. Itâs about defending the Equality Act, inclusive education, and the rule of law itself.
Letâs come together for a peaceful, powerful afternoon. Bring banners, bring friends, and bring hope. Let's fill Cardiff Bay with voices that will not be ignored.
Because if we stay silent, they will think we consent.
1.30â4.30 pm | Sunday 29 June | Outside the Senedd, Cardiff Bay
Please share widely. Iâd love to see some familiar faces and meet new allies in this fight for dignity, justice and the future of every child.

The Childrenâs Wellbeing and Schools Bill: a legal and moral disaster in waiting.
In The Jewish Chronicle (6 May 2025), Prof. Mark Hill KC warned that forcing yeshivot to register as schools breaches Article 2 of Protocol 1 ECHRâparentsâ rights to educate children in line with religious belief.
In The Christian Institute (8 May 2025), Aidan OâNeill KC condemned the Billâs home education register as âstate surveillance of family life on an unprecedented scaleâ and warned it breaches human rights and data protection law.
In my podcast (see below), David Wolfe KC condemned the Bill as a gross invasion of the rights of parents never seen in over a hundred years. (Watch the video).
Members of the House of Lords, the article explains, have also voiced alarm:
Lord Frost called the proposals intrusive and âregulation to death.â
Lord Jackson said it forces families to record every hour spent educating children: âThere is no possible justification for this detail.â
https://www.facebook.com/share/1ARBiViR7g/
Baroness Fox, Baroness Meyer, Lord Wei and others echoed deep concerns about privacy and human rights violations.
As a solicitor of 30+ years, I gave my professional view to the Public Bills Committee: the Bill criminalises parents, targets disabled children, and gives even more power to councils who already lose 98% of SEND Tribunal appeals (source: Tribunal statistics).
This is a Bill that punishes parents for state failure, fosters conflict, burdens courts, and violates core human rights principles.
To those who believe this does not concern them, I say: Beware. The erosion of rights rarely begins with the majority; it begins in the quiet silencing of a minority, in the unnoticed tightening of state control over ordinary lives. You may not have children today, but you may have them tomorrow. You may have grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbours, or friends whose freedoms will be diminished if this passes. The price of freedom is eternal vigilance. When any personâs liberty is threatened, all of society stands at risk. If we allow the quiet dismantling of parental and private freedoms under the false banner of safety, we surrender the very democratic soul that defines us as a nation. The time to speak is now.
In my professional opinion, it must be amended or abandoned.
â ď¸â ď¸URGENT: PARENTS, THIS AFFECTS YOU!
The Childrenâs Wellbeing & Schools Bill threatens
YOUR parental rights and family freedoms.
â ď¸
The Childrenâs Wellbeing & Schools Bill is moving through Parliamentâand it threatens YOUR parental rights.
This includes England AND Wales.
Weâve already seen this happen in Wales, where no proper public consultation or public discussion took place before introducing similar damaging policies.
Itâs happening againâparents are being ignored, while systems continue to fail the very children they claim to protect.

"Weather has been weaponised. At least four countries â the US, Russia, China and Israel â possess the technology and organisation to regularly alter weather and geologic events for various military and black operations.
Warfare now includes the technological ability to induce, enhance or direct cyclonic events, earthquakes, draught and flooding, including the use of polymerised aerosol viral agents and radioactive particulates carried through global weather systems.â

Subject: Urgent Objection to Geoengineering and Sun-Dimming Experiments Over the UK
Dear [MPâs Name],
I am writing as a deeply concerned constituent to express my urgent objection to any plans involving geoengineering activitiesâparticularly solar radiation management (SRM) or stratospheric aerosol injectionâthat may be considered or conducted over the United Kingdom.
Proposals to "dim the sun" by releasing particles into the atmosphere without public consultation, parliamentary debate, or scientific consensus on safety represent a serious environmental risk. These actions also violate public health, agricultural stability, and fundamental human rights.
We, the people, are not experimental subjects. We do not consent to being exposed, without choice or full disclosure, to unregulated substances such as graphene oxide, aluminium nanoparticles, or other unidentified agents suspected to be part of atmospheric spray programs. There are increasing reports and whistleblower accounts linking these activities to environmental degradation, respiratory illness, and crop disruption.
Your responsibility as an elected representative includes safeguarding the public from untested technologies that threaten both our ecosystem and our rights.
I would like to draw your attention to the following legal and ethical frameworks:
- The Nuremberg Code (1947): Prohibits experimentation on human beings without voluntary, informed consent.
- The Human Rights Act 1998: Protects the right to life (Article 2), the right to respect for private and family life (Article 8), and the right to be free from inhuman or degrading treatment (Article 3).
- Environmental Protection Act 1990: Requires the control of pollution and mandates proper assessment of substances released into the environment.
- Aarhus Convention (ratified by the UK): Grants public rights regarding access to information, public participation in decision-making, and access to justice in environmental matters.
It is unacceptable to advance any form of climate manipulation or atmospheric experimentation without transparent scientific evaluation, parliamentary scrutiny, or public consultation.
I am calling for:
1. An immediate moratorium on all geoengineering and SRM-related trials in UK airspace.
2. A full independent investigation into aerial aerosol activities and their impacts on public health.
3. Parliamentary disclosure of any agreements, research funding, or involvement in international climate intervention programs.
This is not climate action; it is unregulated environmental manipulation with potentially irreversible effects.
We demand accountability, transparency, and, above all, protection.
I urge you to take immediate action to halt these activities before irreversible harm is done.
Sincerely,
[Your Full Name]

It's hard not to laugh! 𤣠A few years ago, Lush made headlines for discriminating against an employee who was partially sighted and registered blind. Now, they are advocating for people who donât have a protected characteristic. Itâs almost unbelievable! đŠ
I couldn't find the news article regarding the blind girl, as it may have gone to the tribunal. However, I did come across this link that explains they are a cult. It definitely explains a lot!

WTF đĄ Complete Betrayal.
Keir Starmer has just signed a trade deal with India that exempts Indian workers in Britain from paying National Insurance tax.
This will make Indian workers significantly cheaper to employ than Brits, undercutting wages by eliminating the 8% employee NI and 15% employer NI.

đ¨DEMONSTRATION CALLED LONDON MAY 19THđ¨
Britain and the EU are to commit to the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) at this monthâs post-Brexit summit, a leaked draft agreement has revealed.
The statement says the UK and EU are âcommittedâ to not only UN agreements but also the ECHR
The leaked draft also steers clear of the term âillegalâ migration, referring to it instead as âirregularâ migration, which has previously sparked criticism of a softening in the approach to border control.
The joint statement is being drawn up for the summit on May 19th. Read it below.
8. We recognise the shared challenge of irregular migration and the need to work across the whole route to address it. We note, too, the importance of securing our collective borders, while remaining committed to ensuring international protection for those who need it.
9. We agreed that, in an increasingly contested and volatile world, our shared commitment to multilateralism is vital.
We recognised the importance of upholding international law, and are committed to the UN Charter, the Helsinki Decalogue, the implementation of the UN pact for the future, and subsequent OSCE commitments and the ECHR.
We agreed to strengthen cooperation to tackle illicit finance, corruption and kleptocracy. We will continue supporting the UN Secretary-General's UN80 initiative to deliver ambitious reform efforts, and uphold democracy, human rights and the rule of law.
We recognise our shared commitment to climate security and will strengthen cooperation on international aspects of the issue. We recognise that the climate and nature crises are existential threats to global prosperity and security.
We remain committed to keeping the Paris Agreement goal of limiting global temperature rise to 1.5°C within reach and to implementing the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework targets to halt and reverse biodiversity loss by 2030.
