Postage Update J&t still haven't come and pickup the parcels. Waited since last Sunday up to now. I tried calling customer service and to remind again for pickup but I cant get a hold of them. I am sorry that this kept on happening with J&t pickup these day they keep on missing pickups. Of course, I can go and drop off myself but I am unable to do it during weekdays because I'm working. I am so sorry for the delay but I will just drop everything off myself this Saturday. We are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding 🫶🏻

As you guys can see, her last tweet was her wts on 11/5/2024. I am trying my best to reach out to her but if any of you guys know any updates or know further on this issue pls don’t hesitate to reach me out. I am very sorry that this happened to us. I am at a point where i have no energy left to be mad at her. It’s just all very disappointing.

As some are aware, i have ordered a few stuff from her before bcs she usually sells them quite cheap. Before this there was no problem until recently for the season greetings items, it was delayed for a few months causing distress to all my buyers. And now, for our japan home items, the last thing she updated was that it is already out for shipment using sea shipping, hence will take months to arrive. I haven’t received any updates from her since 28/4/2024, which is a month ago from today. I’m not sure on the current updates at the moment as i belum jumpa her alt acc since she said she lost her phone.
