Fingerprints of Fraud - The Movie - Chapter 7 - How We Fix It

Last chapter of "Fingerprints of Fraud - The Movie"

Repost from Fighting 4 AZ
Democratic members of the Arizona House of Representatives are having their privileges to use meeting rooms in the chamber revoked after they used a room in the basement to host a drag story hour alongside Planned Parenthood on Tuesday. Rep. Lorena Austin, D-Mesa, the nation’s first nonbinary Chicane legislator, reserved the room so that Planned Parenthood Advocates of Arizona could hold a drag story hour on Tuesday morning. “Democrat Rep. Lorena Austin deliberately misled House leadership to reserve a conference room to host a drag story hour with Planned Parenthood,” Speaker Ben Toma said in a post on X, formerly Twitter, Tuesday morning. “Use of House facilities for radical activism to promote dangerously perverse ideology will not be tolerated while I am speaker.” https://azmirror.com/2024/04/30/republicans-punish-dems-for-staging-a-drag-story-hour-for-adults-in-the-az-house-basement/

Here are the final results from the State Convention. Hand count result are noted in parenthesis where the count had to be corrected from the tabulation count. The hand count totals did not change results, but they do become the final result per the rules.

The Arizona Commission on Judicial Performance Review (JPR Commission) met April 26 to vote on whether justices and judges scheduled to be on the 2024 general election ballot “Meet” or “Do Not Meet” judicial performance standards. Prior to casting their votes at the Friday meeting, Commission members reviewed the results of more than 14,000 surveys, along with written comments and remarks made at a public hearing to help decide whether justices and judges met judicial performance standards. The JPR Commission evaluated 70 judges from across the state as well as two Arizona Supreme Court justices. According to the results, all but one judge eligible for retention met judicial performance standards. The JPR Commission helps strengthen Arizona’s merit selection system, ensuring that justices and judges are committed to upholding judicial impartiality and professionalism. It also keeps them accountable by allowing the voters to decide if they should continue their service even after the Commission has cast its vote. Voter-approved merit selection began in 1974 and the JPR Commission was established in 1992. A report on the judicial performance of each judge standing for retention, including the JPR Commission’s findings, will be published in the Secretary of State’s voter pamphlet and posted on the Commission’s website at azjudges.info in July 2024. Voters can review the reports and use the findings of the JPR Commission to make informed decisions on whether to retain each justice or judge during the November 5 general election. View the vote results here. https://www.azcourts.gov/Portals/148/documents/Review%20Judges/JPRVoteResults-2024.pdf?ver=4Uvc2j4dKRILItBQh8I_VQ%3D%3D
