Dito ko na lang post para isang sagot na lang sa mga nag-aask sa CC, this is based lang sa naging process po nung kumuha ako, kung may changes man, you can ask po yung mga nakakuha na this batch.
1) Log in sa LERIS
2) Go to SELECT TRANSACTION > INITIAL REGISTRATION
3) Answer yung mga hinihingi na detail, pay 1050 fee
4) Hindi need na kung saan kayo nag-apply dati na location ay doon din kayo kumuha ng license. May slot 'yan so don't panic if maubusan, magbubukas 'yan ulit
5) Pumunta sa location kung saan kayo naka-sched
6) Ito mga ni-require sa amin nung kumuha ako, idk if hanggang ngayon same lang din ng reqs:
- Photocopy ng NOA
- 2 Passport size ID with nametag
- Proof of Oath Taking Attendance (pic or ticket raw) -- - Oath Form E-receipt
- **Doc stamp (I think need 'to pero available naman siya sa site mismo, as guard yung nagbebenta
7) Pagdating namin sa location, present mo muna sa guard yung mga requirements mo, chine-check if complete ba dala mo > umupo at mag-wait
8) AYUN NA MAY VALID ID KA NAAAAAAAAAA
