بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم منشور رقم(6 ) السلام عليكم 🙂✋ الليلة حنتكلم عن موضوع محتاج حبببة تركيز وتكرار(لأنو حفظ طبعا🌚) ألا وهو (Forearm)🔥🔥🔥 •اسمها forearm زي ما عارفين لكن ممكن تجي بأسماء تانية 😃 زي Lower arm or antebrachium ظريف؟😊 طيب أرح نكمل🔥 •طيب موقعها وييين؟🔎 Extend form elbow to the wrist من كوعك إلى رسغك سهلة طبعا😂 •وحنلقى أنها بتحتوي لينا على عظمتين وهم ال Radius latrally &ulna medially 👍 •وكمان حنلقى حاجة إسمها interosseous membrane ودا عبارة عن strong ligamentous band 🪢 بتربط لينا الshaftحقت الradius و الulna عشان الآتي: ١.يوفر لينا سطح إضافي لإرتباط العضلات💪 Additional surface for muscle attachment ٢.وتسمح لينا بحركة الpronation &supination🫲🫱 وبكدا بتربط لينا العظمتين مع بعض أثناء الحركة يلا متذكرين حنك تغليفة السندوتش الفي البوست الفات😂🌯 يلا هي قاعد هنا برضو فبكون عندنا deep fascia مغلفة لينا الforearm وبتتصل لينا مع الulna بورا Posteriorly فزي المرة الفاتت حنسمي الحاجات الذكرناها فوق دي بosseofacial compartment بتقسم لينا الforearm ل مجموعات ..أي واحدة بعضلاتها ونيرفاتها والblood supplyحقها😎 ⭕️ملاحظة:(طبعا إتكلمنا عن سبب التسمية في المنشور الفات فلو داير تعرف أرجع ليهو😜) •أرح نشوف المجموعات دي واحدة واحدة😉 🔰Content of anterior compartment •والمجموعة دي كلهم بشتغلو لينا flexor •وكلهم الorigin بتاعهم medial epicondyle ودا بسموهو الflexor origin 😏 •أما الnerve supply بكون بواسطة الmedial nerve ما عدا وااحد كدا أسمو flexor carpi ulnaris (اللهم إن كان سحرا فأبطله🤲) • وكلهم بعملو across the wrist joint ما عدا واحد ودا حنعرفو بعدين 😭 •وبحتوو على ٨ عضلات😱 مقسمة ل Superficial &deep ⭕️ملاحظة في مراجع بتضيف تقسيم تلات وهو intermediate وكمان فيها redial &ulnar nerves ومعاهم تيمانهم في التسمية😶 redial &ulnar vessels ○ارح نشوف الsuperfascial فيها منو 🙈 حنذكرهم from latral to medial 🔶Pronator teres •ودي عضلة بنلقها بتعمل pronation(من إسمها😉) وبتعمل flexion of elbow •insertion: middle of latral surface of redius ودا الكنا بنقصدو قبيل في أنو ما بعبر لمفصل الرسغ(wrist joint)(ولا بعبر ولا حاجة😝😂) 🔶Flexor carpi redialis من إسمو شكلو بمر بالreduis •ودا بعمل insertion in base of 2ed metacarpal bone •عشان كدا بعمل flexion &abduction للwrist 🤚 🔶palmaris longus والtendon حق العضلة دي طويل نسبيا • ودا بعمل لي insertion in Flexor retinaculum &palmer aponeurosis ودا عندو علاقة بالتسمية 😁 •أما الaction فهو flexes the hand & tightens the palmer aponeurosis 🔶Flexor carpi ulnaris والأصلي دا بعمل لينا insertion في ٣ 1.pisiform 2.hook of hamate 3.5th metacarpal bones •أما الaction بكون flexor &adduction of hand (wrist) 🔶️Flexor digttorum Superficial •ودا طبعا مرات بعتبروهو intermediate 😳 •أما الorigin بكون في ٣ 1.common flexor origin 2.coronoid process of ulna 3.anterior surface of redius •أما عن الinsertion بتاعها بكون في ال base of middle phalanges of the medial 4 fingers •وكشان كدا بعمل ليهم flexion ○بعد دا أرح نشوف الdeep فيهم منو🔥😁 وديل ناس(عضلات😂) واضحييين واحدة فيهم بكون فوق الulna وواحدة فوق الradius و واحدة بتكون فوقهم الأتنين🤓 🔶Flexor digttorum profundus •ودا ياهو البكون فوق الulna •insertion of bases of the distal phalanges of the medial four digits • وطبعا بعمل ليهم flexion Nerve supply ⚡️ 1.medial part by ulnar nerve 2.lateral part by anterior interosseous branch of medial nerve 🔶Flexor pollicis longus وpollicis بتدينا إشارة أنو ماشي للإبهام (thumb )🤓 •ودا بكون لينا فوق الradius •insertion: base of distal phalanx of thumb 👍 •وطبعا وظيفتو flexion Nerve supply⚡️ anterior interosseous branch of medial nerve 😤 🔶Pronator Quadratus •يلا دا الinsertion حقو بكون في الربع البعيد(distal ) في الجهة الأمامية للredius •ومن أسمو وظيفتو حتكون pronation 😏 بالأضافة لأنو بساعد في الhold of this two bones واللي هم طبعا الradius &ulna Nerve supply ⚡️ Anterior interosseous branch of medial nerve كدا الanterior خلصو 🥵... فيلا نشوف غيرهم 🔰Content of Posterior compartment •يلا المجموعة دي بتحتوي على ١٢ عضلة😱 بتكون من ٥عضلات Superficial و ٥ عضلات deep وعضلتين latral ⭕️طبعا في إختلاف في التقسيم دا بين المراجع فشوف المناسب معاك واشتغل بيهو °أرح نبدا بالsuperficial🔥😎 #muscloskeletal_system #summary_squeezer_team
