The Lombards that would conquer and form a Kingdom in Italy that also left a legacy lasting well into our own time. The Franks that would conquer Gallia, form France and beat back the islamic andalusian hordes that was flooding into Europe. The Anglos/English and Saxons that would cross the North Sea and form England. Who would then proceed to form the largest Empire in the history of our world. The Prussians that would dominate warfare for centuries and unite most of the Germanic states in Central Europe and form the state Germany. and many many many more.
