Maybe some people here are thinking, “Oh no, not this again…”
But maybe this is the only place I have where I can just… let it out.
And if you’re not okay with that, it’s fine. You can go.
Leaving’s always easy—especially when someone doesn’t matter to you anymore.
Or when you find something or someone more fun, more exciting.
But you know…
A lot of us never got the things we really wanted in life.
Some of us even lost the little we had.
And still—there are people who, even with empty hands and heavy hearts, manage to stay kind.
They choose not to make others feel what they’ve felt.
They carry all that weight silently… so no one else has to.
I’m one of those people, I think.
There’s not much in my life that’s special.
A lot of bad things have happened to me—more than I talk about.
But when something is in my life, I hold on to it tight.
Not out of fear… just hope.
And yeah, sometimes it leaves anyway.
Just gets up one day and decides it doesn’t want to stay.
And I’ve never really understood why.
I’ve never had someone hold on to me the same way.
And sometimes, instead of being sad about not having that,
I tell myself:
“Maybe it’s a good thing. Maybe if you’d felt it, you’d have expected it from everyone. You’d forget how rare it is.”
Honestly, I don’t even know what I’m trying to say right now.
I just feel heavier than usual lately.
Summer’s always been like that for me. It brings out the quiet kind of sadness.
Tonight I only slept for five minutes and had some nightmare,
and I guess I just needed somewhere to pour all of this out…
Maybe it’ll help me sleep again.
And you know what hurts more sometimes?
The things people do and say like they don’t matter.
They do something wrong, they upset someone, and just move on like it’s no big deal.
They think, “Whatever. They’ll get over it.”
But for the other person?
It might steal their appetite.
Steal their sleep.
Steal their hopes, their dreams.
It might change the way they look at others,
Make them feel like they can’t trust, can’t open up again.
They wake up every day with a heaviness in their chest that doesn’t go away.
And none of that is small.
None of that is “just a moment.”
It stays.
I hope whoever’s reading this knows how to hold on to the people they love.
Even if it’s hard. Even if it hurts sometimes.
Because love’s never easy, not the real kind.
But I still hope everyone gets to feel it.
Not just once, not just for a while—
But for a lifetime.
Maybe… maybe my story ends with me finding that kind of love
In a different time, in a different place, in a different form.
Take care of your hearts.
And if you haven’t been able to…
It’s okay.
We only get one life. Bye bye
