The ESG side of the business is progressing very well. It is a potentially world changing concept, literally, in that we can provide trust and provenance for ESG assets and data. We have dozens of partners we are working with in the ESG space. We also have a spin out that just brought in $10 million. It funds projects that fundamentally improve the world (such as by funding projects that remove carbon out of the atmosphere, prevent carbon or equivalent from entering the atmosphere, or removing plastics out of the ocean, etc), and in doing so creates ESG assets (think carbon credits or plastic credits) that we can then sell to enterprises over time. One bit of exciting news, is that we have designed an innovative NFT implementation on DevvX that can track ESG assets and data, and we are nearing our first minting of ESG NFTs - plastic credits that remove plastic from the ocean, help improve people's lives by paying them for plastic removals (where their fishing income has been destroyed from pollution), and have significant carbon impact given both recycling and preventing the burning of plastics. We also have spent an enormous amount of effort over the past 4 months creating infrastructure that allows companies to track their ESG efforts and improve their ESG ratings. It is powerful technology, particularly given the tie-ins with DevvX, and the trust that DevvX can provide. We'll have more to announce over time on the internal ESG platform and infrastructure. The ESG business is an enormous potential driver for value in our platform. We have been doing work in ESG for 3 years - it's not something we just jumped in to as a current hot area. Most of the world's largest enterprises and financial institutions will have strong interest in our ESG assets, as most of them have set carbon neutral goals. Devvio overall is the type of company that one can be proud of being a part of, aside of any financial potential we have as a company.

Hey Everyone, here is a general update... As a starting point (many reading this already know these things, but given some new folks to the community, I thought I'd give a quick foundation recap), Devvio has a Layer 1 blockchain, in development for 6 years with tens of millions in revenue, that can process millions of transactions per second, has costs at 1/10,000,000th the cost of Ethereum, and is less than a billionth the energy usage of Bitcoin. We've primarily focused on enterprise use cases. We have over a couple dozen people, all working hard for years, and all of whom believe not only in the potential of the company, but in the impact we can have on the world. The blockchain is Byzantine Fault Tolerant, is distributed operationally, and uses many of the same cryptographic techniques as Bitcoin. We have one of the most interoperable blockchains, not in how we work with other layer 1's, but what we see as more important - how we work with Web 2 through our RESTful API. Any one of the world's 25 million web developers can instantly integrate with our blockchain. We also have fraud, theft, loss protections, as well a strong identity solution and privacy controls. The primary thing that we do that is different from other blockchains, is our ability to customize shards to particular use cases. This allows us to solve problems that other blockchains can't. We are focused in two business areas - ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and Video Games.

Hey everyone, I did a Cointelegraph interview that was just posted. Some of the answers I gave are indicative of where I think not only Devvio is going but the whole crypto space. Hope folks get a chance to check it out… https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=--xLs1N4778

Hey everyone, here are some updates on LitCraft Nysperience. We're moving ahead towards 3.3, which is going to be a pretty big release. It has many of the remaining foundational elements needed for Nysperience to truly be a P2E game, including, importantly, the ability to sell on the marketplace. Because it is an important update, there is a bit of feature creep (and therefore extra time), but we're keeping stuff to an MVP mentality to try and get these important features out as quick as we can... Nysperience items completed over the past two weeks: * Security update for Nysperience tokens * Added affiliate program integration * Added marketplace integration to be able to sell items * Added passive land income * Additional events tracked for reporting and leaderboards * Fixed issue with red gem feeder removing extra gems after combining * Fixed issue with rapidly opening chests * Started development of adding Solitaire minigame/business * Fixed INN DB indexing to improve database call performance * Fixed a few escrow threading issues * Additional server implementations for development and testing * Added initial Leaderboard functionality Nysperience items in progress: * Adding chest opening animations for Litpets and Land * Escrow fixes to prevent people from loosing items * Fixing multi-threading server problems * Looking into the merge 3 freezing issue * Requiring users to have internet connection to play Nysperience * Requiring users to login to Nysperience and agree to T&C before playing * Creating server comm scripts to allow minigames to add/sync items Nysperience items still to do for 3.3: * Ensure client can never owerwrite the server to reduce progress * Add status check for all server transactions * Grey out crafting button under certain conditions * API adjustments to match latest DevvX API * Remove UI blocking calls * Networking light stays purple switching from heptones to digging * Keep track of total time played * Add silver, gold, and diamond indicators on the LitPet cards * Can't complete lvl 58 effician crops, etc * Add banners to genesis LitPet cards * Graphics bug in upper-right-top mining land tile * Blockchain sync required to generate revenue * Red gems bug fix In parallel with 3.3, as some other strong progress and momentum: we are working with an external group to do the PVP gameplay. That is going to be huge I think, as that will really drive a lot of the fun, competitiveness, and value in the game. It's been really neat seeing people exploring Heptone battling strategies, and that will become much more competitive and fun with PVP, and drive value in the marketplace too. We're moving ahead in parallel with a variety of minigames that we'll add along with their business counterparts. We've been doing a lot of artwork development on LitSquad, and I think their overall inclusion into the game will be compelling. I saw a note from Jeroen that the LitSquad was perceived by some people as a cash grab. It's not - I don't sell anything that I don't think has value and we'll have some cool in game functionality and interaction. Also the financial amounts aren't big for LitSquad - but I will say people are missing out right now, in my view, on getting some rare items on the marketplace, if you trust that I will make sure they have value, which I will. We're also moving ahead in parallel with a LitCraft site update that will include strong community features. Overall, I see one of the biggest parts of our upcoming marketing efforts as being community driven. Nysperience is a game where the monetization of play primarily goes to players. It is also a great community and I think that will only grow. We are going to put in place mechanisms where we can build a marketing army of everyone involved. That's the vision that I have, and the new site will include the tools to make that happen.

Hi all - today we're proud to launch our "NFTs for Ukraine" project in partnership with celebrity chef Jose Andres' World Central Kitchen (WCK) and Ukrainian artist Marta Pitchuk. This effort is a fundraiser to support WCK's work to feed people suffering the effects of the invasion. Read more below if you're interested, and please support the project in any way you can. Thank you! https://www.devv.io/nfts-for-ukraine

Hi all - here is our latest press release. This is another important step in the development of our ESG business. https://www.devv.io/devvesg-and-rio-plastic-offset-credits

Hey everyone, Tom was interviewed about the future of blockchain gaming in this recently published report on Gamefi by Cointelegraph. Also, check out the cover page and see if you can spot any familiar characters šŸ‘€.

Hey everyone, we're settling up with everyone on previous Nysperience play and community interactions. Now that people have official mainnet accounts, we can give out rewards!! We had a batch that went out this morning, and there is more to come. Also, we are getting people lost items given some networking issues in the first couple weeks of the Nysperience Launch. So here is what to do... please send me a DM (@tomdevv) and let me know 1. your DevvX username 2. progress you made in the beta - point out the main areas (how many Heptals, LitPets, bugs found, etc that you helped out in testing). 3. any specific awards I told you you would get. I have my notes on everything 4. Anything you lost while playing the V1 release since 4/22, and we'll get some compensation out.

Hey everyone, there have been some bugs in LitCraft Nysperience where people have lost some items or progress. For many people there haven't been any issues, but for some people lost progress and lost items are of course frustrating. I'm going to get compensation out to people this weekend, so please join in on our LitCraft Telegram group, https://t.me/LitCraft, and we can get everything settled there this weekend, if you lost items or progress ;)

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, are the business opportunities to drive things in a strong way. That has become much more of a driving factor the past couple months, and it is a good thing. Devvio is in a strong position. We have continued to add to our world class team. We launched our GlassBlock marketplace and the LitCraft Nysperience game, are making great progress on our ESG efforts, and are continuing to grow our world-class team and powerful blockchain technology. Devvio has a number of efforts in place, including some really compelling progress in the ESG space and in our NFT/Gaming business. I feel we can leverage aspects of our business to TGE plans, and really make a stronger situation for everyone. Again, with all of this, I can't go into too many specifics, but at a high level waiting a few months to be in a much stronger position for everyone, is, in my view, best for everyone. I know there are folks that would prefer a quick turn on it all, but my priorities have always been to do things the right way, rather than the quick way. I have too much responsibility to too many people who have been with us for a long time period, to be rash now. That is what has allowed us to build such powerful technology and company over the past 5 years, and not run into problems that would have eliminated many other companies. Market conditions are another factor to evaluate as well, but it is not the most driving issue. We want to position ourselves well for success after a TGE overall, and Devvio's way has always been to build real substance and not be dependent on the whims of the markets. So where does that leave us now? I have engaged new groups to give perspectives on the best ways and options to move forward in the strongest ways. Outside of any legal analysis, we are also evaluating how we want to manage governance, and I think there are some cool concepts there. We are continuing good discussions with mid-level CEXs, and I have another contract in hand we are evaluating. We are continuing discussions with market makers. We are nearing some milestones in our regular business that could be compelling for our TGE plans. To be sure, I do understand our responsibility to not take too long and find the right balance on everything. The legal side of things one cannot ignore, but the rest is simply a balance of priorities and cost-benefit. Timing is important and I expect we will be able to put relationships with one or more initial CEXs soon. That is the last piece needed to finalize overall plans, finalize relationships with launchpads, and therefore finalize TGE plans and timing. I appreciate everyone's continued support, and we are making strong progress in all areas of the business towards TGEs. A lot of people come into the Telegram groups and ask about TGEs. There's not much more that we can describe than this, so we'll point people at this post.

Hey everyone, here is an update on TGEs for tokens. At a high level I'm not able to talk about specific tokens, so this is an overall summary not specific to a specific token. Overall, delays in moving towards a TGE were initially largely due to delays putting together relationships with CEXs. When we first started talking to CEXs last August, it seemed like a straightforward process to get listed. One exchange in particular laid everything out, and I thought it would be simple to list. As the markets continued to grow in excitement towards the end of 2021, I think it became much more competitive to list. I had two sets of advisors who told me that they had listed a number of coins with the exchange we were talking to, and they could no longer reach them. I've had a number of other advisors confirm that it is much harder to list with them now. We therefore went searching for other exchanges. We had a good conversation with FTX for example, but they rarely list layer 1 tokens. They were impressed with our team and technology, but didn't want to move forward given we were a layer 1. We have targeted some of the other top exchanges, and have some leads into them, but the big exchanges are generally difficult to reach, particularly in a busy and crowded time. We did not want to move ahead with smaller exchanges. I feel, and many of my advisors feel, that it doesn't really add much value. We've had discussions with some of the other mid-tier exchanges as well, and conversations there have generally been positive. Another area of delay, without going into specifics (that I'm not really able to discuss fully), is in legal requirements. This has also been more complex than I originally expected, despite talking to our lawyers mid last year. Given that we are a US company, we have more complexity than many other projects. We had a market maker that we got hung up with, on some of their legal requirements. We had one mid-level exchange who we even worked through a contract with, but WE needed some additional constraints on their sales to not run into future potential troubles. We are currently talking to several other legal groups for further analysis. We may make adjustments to some governance on various tokens, as one area of potential adjustment to minimize risk. Overall, this is a complex area, and I would be doing a disservice to everyone to take this side of things lightly. I think too many projects take this area too lightly, whether US based or not, and there is a graveyard of projects over time as a result. I don't see any issues we cannot overcome, but we have to proceed judiciously.

Hey everyone, here is a video recording of the Devvio Glassblock Marketplace launch and the LitCraft Nysperience Launch on Earth Day this year - 4/22/22 https://www.devv.io/glassblock-launch-video

Hey Everyone, please join us for our GlassBlock Launch Party!!!! https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81421492345?pwd=a2xoQnlEdnVwZkhWMVJEcEFMZElsZz09

Hey Everyone, I just bought the first NFT on GlassBlock (glassblock.io)!!!!!! (I’d like to fill the whole screen with exclamation marks haha). This is a ā€œfirst tweetā€ kind of moment for Devvio. It was the first official purchase leading into our Earthday launch on Friday, the 22nd. We’re minting much more right now on mainnet! It is close!!

Hey everyone, we've gotten a number of inquiries about DevvX accounts. As a quick summary, Devvio's blockchain, DevvX, has a number of independent shards (which are independent blockchains) that run different applications. Our identity shard is https://devv-id.main.devvio.com/ Different shards use the same login information. Other applications (like our DevvX application downloadable at https://devv.io, or the LitCraft Nysperience game, for example) also use the same login as the devv-id shard. Some early accounts were affected by some internal changes we made (one change, for example, came from internal capitalization modifications and related salting of passwords). If you're having problems logging in to your account, please follow these steps. 1. Go to https://devv-id.main.devvio.com/ You can register here if you don't already have an account. After registering, verify your account using the email you receive. 2. If you already have an account, click "Login" at the top right 3. On the pop-up window, click "Can't Log In?" on the bottom right of the window 4. The first step in making sure you can log in, is verifying your username is correct. Click on "Can't Find Your Username?" in the middle of the panel. 5. Enter your email and click the "Resend" button. You'll get an email to the address you entered, and in the email it will say "Account Name: [your account name]. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER for this email. 6. Next, go back to the login screen (steps 1-3 above), and this time click on "Can't Find Your Verification Email". Again enter your email and hit the Resend button. Again, check for an email (and again, make sure it isn't in your spam folder). Copy and paste the verification email link into your browser (it will looks something like https://devv-id.main.devvio.com/verify/[code given in your specific email]). You'll see a message that thanks you for verifying your email address after you visit the link. 7. Go back to the login panel (steps 1-3 above). This time click on "Can't find your password?" (note: it may already be on the screen to reset your password). Enter your exact username from step 5 above. Then click the Reset button. 8. You'll get an email to reset your password. Copy and paste it into your browser (it will look something like. https://devv-id.main.devvio.com/auth/password/reset/[code given in your specific email]). Enter your exact username from step 5, then enter your password, and confirm your password. 9. Go back to the login to test, from steps 1 & 2 above. Use your exact username from step 5, and use your exact password you entered in step 8. That login and password will allow you to login to all your DevvX apps. If you still can't get in after these steps, contact support@devvio.com
