I was underwater given the DevvStream deal we were closing last week, so sorry for the delay in getting back to some of you. DevvStream Announces Carbon Credit Management MOU for up to 8.3 Million Hectares of Amazon Rainforest Land in Bolivia "DevvStream announced a memorandum of understanding with Bluegrace Energy establishing DevvStream as the exclusive carbon credit manager for an 8.3-million-hectare Amazon rainforest protection project in Bolivia. Under the terms of the MOU, DevvStream will provide carbon credit management services and will receive a portion of any resulting credits." DevvStream Enters into LOI to Pursue Combination with Special Purpose Acquisition Company. "DevvStream announced the signing of a non-binding letter of intent for a proposed business combination. The terms of the LOI provide that a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation will acquire DevvStream. The SPAC is currently listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange, and it would be a condition of closing in the definitive agreement that the post-business combination company will be listed on Nasdaq. Hey everyone, we've just launched updates to the Buyers and Sellers Marketplace on Glassblock. Newly added fixes and features: ✅Added a filter to search that allows to filter by Seller name. So when a Seller clicks on “View my storefront” from the seller side they will see all of their “For Sale” items. Also, if a user clicks on a Seller’s name from the detail page on GlassBlock they can filter and see all the items sold by that specific seller. ✅Fixed a bug where the Most Recent and oldest sorting were inverted. ✅Fixed a bug to allow listing of Jion, Fresh Water and Opsonant. ✅Fixed a bug in the order history where the currency conversion from Heptals to USD was incorrect
