Around that time, I was experimenting with how to get ZN to accept a shared webpage that didn't seem to work—most likely from robots.txt file setting from the sites. Sometimes I need to save a reference copy of the webpage text to reference. The webpage was downloaded via the mobile Brave and Chrome browsers to a file without any suffix by the browser. The format of that file is mhtml. That file can be viewed offline. While viewing offline, I shared it with ZN as a new note to get it to markdown in ZN. It still failed and mostly got a blank note.

Guys I need your help. Why "Interval Backup" and "Backup now" options aren't working for me? Tried to change folder location but still shows this error. Just tested while typing this message "Backup (excluding external notes)" and it worked
