Changelog:
- Use a "smarter way" to tweak scheduler
- Tweaked sched_nr_migrate (For less latency)
- Cleaned up zswap tweak log
- Reduced stat_interval to 15 (For a bit less latency)
- Hardcoded swappiness to 100
- Increased nr_requests to 256 (For a better scheduler performance)

Changelog:
- Changed log to yakt/yakt.txt
- Boot time to apply tweak 60s -> 30s.
- Increased vfs_cache_pressure to 40 (This to avoid out-of-memory conditions).
- Nuked Google's schedutil rate-limits from Pixel 3 (This is old and doesn't make sense using ir on newer devices).
- Disabled swap readahead completely.
- Increased kernel.perf_cpu_time_max_percent to 40 (This might increase performance).
- Low latency for busy_poll & busy_read (This might increase power usage).

- Disabled timer migration (Reduces latency).

- Reverted userdata tweak from oriole (This makes storage speeds lower).
- Removed some scheduler tweaks (This might fix callbench scores).
- Removed normal cgroup tweaker.
- Force zpool compressor to zsmalloc.
- Removed kprofiles tweak (Doesn't make any sense tweaking it).
- Enable sched auto group (In order to reduce latency).
- Tweaked sched_latency_ns.

- Improved watermark boost check (Some 4.19 kernels doesn't support watermark boost).
