They carry it from childhood, from the culture they grew up in, from the military, from the years spent pretending theyāre fine as long as the bills are paid and the rent or mortgage is covered.
They become āgood enoughā providers and slowly disappear as men. The thing they use to cope becomes another relationship, and one that takes more than it ever gives. Iāve lived this path many times.
Then the people closest to them pay the price. Partners become emotional punchbags because the man has nowhere else to put the pressure, the shame, the guilt, the unprocessed shit.
The addiction doesnāt just steal from him. It pulls him further away from the very love heās supposed to be living in. Hence why most men seek unconditional love but never experience it in its truest form.
Brotherhood changes that.
When men stop isolating and start standing with other men whoāve been in the same fire, the pattern starts to break.
You see youāre not the only one. You stop using your woman as the only place to dump what you havenāt faced. You remember who you actually are underneath the coping.

| 10 | š¤Æ MOST OF MY LIFE IāVE BEEN AN ADDICT š¤Æ
Iāve been thinking a lot about addiction and the way we talk about it, because for a long time I didnāt really see myself as an addict. I could function, I could work, I could provide for my family and I could carry on with life while doing things that were slowly taking control away from me. I think that is the reality for a lot of men. We become very good at hiding what is actually going on because we have been taught to keep going, keep it together and deal with our problems ourselves.
I spent 15 years in the military and experienced things that changed me in ways I didnāt fully understand at the time. I even went through traumatic spinal surgery and ended up addicted to prescription painkillers. Smashing them like sweets, often with alcohol.
Alcohol became another way of switching off, and over the years I used different things to escape how I felt rather than actually dealing with what was underneath it.
Looking back now, I understand that the drugs, alcohol and other behaviours were never really the whole problem. They were ways of coping. They gave me somewhere to put the pain, the anger, the pressure and everything else I didnāt know how to process. The problem was that eventually the thing I was using to escape became another thing I needed to escape from.
That cycle can show up in so many different ways for men. It might be alcohol or drugs, but it can also be gambling, pornography, food, sex, work, the gym, your phone or constantly keeping yourself occupied so that you never have to sit with yourself for very long. We can become addicted to distraction just as easily as we can become addicted to a substance.
This is why Iāve created a powerful transformational program called Project: ADDICT
Because I know how difficult it can be to actually break those patterns, particularly when you are trying to do it on your own. I also know how easy it is to convince yourself that things aren't really that bad because there is always someone else who appears to have a bigger problem.
This isn't about pretending you have everything sorted or sitting around talking about your feelings for seven weeks. It is about looking honestly at the patterns you are living with, understanding what is driving them and starting to take responsibility for changing them.
Over seven weeks, starting on 5th October, Iāll be working with a group of men aged 16+ through weekly calls, breathwork, meditation, accountability and honest conversations.
Youāll have a private support group, an accountability journal and other men around you who are prepared to actually look at their own shit rather than pretending everything is fine. A real BROTHERHOOD to lean in on.
Iām not offering this from a position of having lived some perfect life where I figured everything out and now have all the answers. I created it because I know what it feels like to be caught in those cycles, and I also know what becomes possible when you finally decide that you are going to do something differently.
If you know there is something in your life that has started to control you rather than you controlling it, or you keep telling yourself that youāll deal with it at some point when things calm down, I want you to seriously consider whether that point is ever going to arrive unless you make the decision to change it.
You don't have to wait until everything falls apart before you do something about it. Sometimes you just need to be honest enough with yourself to admit that what you are doing isn't working anymore, and then have the right people around you while you start doing the work.
That is what Project: ADDICT is about.

As long as these dark cabals have resided here on earth, controlling the magnetic north has been a priority so those living in those lands donāt wake up to who they truly are. Nations canāt be controlled if all these warriors are awake and living in higher frequencies.
