This coming weekend we are delighted to have Linda Thomas, the author of the book ‘Why Cleaning has Meaning’, to run a 2-day online workshop - Creating Space for the New Year, a 12 hours lecture. I read many books on minimalism and decluttering, but her book was the first one I read to talk about how cleaning has to do with body, mind and soul. It touched me when she said it is not only about cleaning the space for ourselves, but also to leave a clean space for the next user. Linda Thomas runs an ecological cleaning company for over 12 years already. She often shares her inspiring stories with us online as well as the time we met her at Goetheanum. If you’re interested in learning how to do cleaning with passion, how to involve family members including kids in cleaning, how not to procrastinate or often not sure how to start cleaning, do join us for the workshop this weekend. After work, he transforms into an organic sourdough baker! Always developing new recipes for his sourdough bakes and snacks. Being a perfectionist, he is still R&D-ing his artisanal bakes so hopefully soon we’ll be able to sell something in our stores.
