02 Today is the anniversary of the Kent State Shootings.
With all the media outlets crying about this event from decades ago. They leave out one key thing. The students shot tried running up on the National Guardsmen to steal their weapons and kill them to start off a leftist revolution at Kent State.

Just cut calories. Simple as. No meme diets, no death march, nothing. It's simple thermodynamics. Just cutting out soda alone will cause you to lose double digits in pounds in most cases for example.
