My submission for the monthly white art challenge: Gothic. It's oil on wood board.
My J.C. Leyendecker style attempt for the @monthlywhiteartchallenge theme Kitsch. It was pretty fun to try such an iconic style but I think it turned out nice! I'll probably work on it a little bit more before vanishing but it's mostly complete.

This is my submission for the cryptid theme for @monthlywhiteartchallenge @whiteartsubmissions It's a more cartoonish interpretation of the Loveland Ohio frogmen, my favorite cryptid. It was done digitally using the app Procreate. I tried to design it specifically to look good on a shirt, so if you would like to buy one, click here! +3I spent way too long on my art nouveau submission for @whiteartsubmissons because about halfway through I liked it so much that I decided to sell prints, which led to me having to be extra meticulous. I hope yall enjoy seeing my 110% effort! It was all done in procreate.

Storenvy banned my store because people reported it, so I’m done producing anything for white nationalists. The only reason I ever started selling things in the first place was because a bunch of people asked. Since then I’ve gotten targeted for harassment and called fed/jew/etc by channels with 2,500-17,000 subscribers, at least 3x now, I’ve lost count. I wrote most of this rant in anticipation of the harassment I’d receive just for selling bookmarks, because of course its “Jewish” to expect compensation for your work. Btw just for the record: every single dime I’ve ever made from this “business” has gone directly back into more supplies. This was literally just something I did for fun. I never made a profit, in fact I spent more than I made back, especially since I still have plenty of yarn and bookmarks left.
I’m so sick of this “community” that just feels entitled to other peoples art and work and if they don’t blatantly steal intellectual property they will just incessantly whine and complain about the person for not giving it away for free. Just because something is my hobby and enjoy doing it does not mean I don’t deserve to be compensated fairly for my time and money, at the very least. I know it’s not everyone who nags about people selling things but it’s still a lot of them. Anyone who tries to make anything for the community automatically gets accused of being a grifter. Doesn’t matter if it’s handmade or how cheap it is, if it’s not free you’re a “grifter”. And god forbid anyone actually makes a profit, as if that would even be possible. If anyone was going to “grift” this would be the LAST group you would ever want to target. You’d be better off working for minimum wage.
If you’re an artist and you continue to create art for this “community”, good luck. Personally, I’m done. I know I will never be able to even minimally support myself professionally if I ever have to rely on a (very small) group of paranoid ungrateful people and when you combine this with endless vitriol it’s just not worth it. I’d rather spend my time making art I don’t have to hide. “Thoughtcrime” art is just not a good return on investment. I’ve been working on improving my art my entire life, for free. I’d like to eventually get paid for it.
The last straw was honestly when a few weeks ago someone told me his friend got interrogated by the feds and they were asking him if he knows “what Vril maiden’s name is”. I decided I would sell the bookmarks I had already made and use the rest of my yarn for hats then quit. So yeah I’m done. Getting murdered by the government just for making crochet hats and bookmarks doesn’t sound fun. You can call me a coward idgaf, it will never be worth it to go down with the ship when 75% of the ship wants me to die anyway.
A lot of delusional retards have tried to slander me as a fed and claim I’m “gathering addresses” but in reality no one gives a fuck about a bunch of paranoid spergs who are scared to buy a hat. The feds target people like ME. People who make art and other things that make white nationalism look attractive. They WANT you to act like a bunch of deranged schizos, that benefits them when you act like that. No one is actually breaking the law or doing “dissident” things, hence why the feds are bored as fuck and want to target people who just make art.
If you are my friend or acquaintance, I will still have the rest of my bookmarks available, and hats in the colors of yarn that I have left. I might even post the ones I haven’t photographed yet because I have a lot that I made. I thought about opening a store on a different site just to sell the rest of the bookmarks, but it would just get reported and taken down again. I can’t afford to make an independent website either. I’ll still finish my paintings because that’s for my own personal enjoyment anyway, but I won’t be selling prints. I’ll probably still post some things I make occasionally but I won’t go out of my way to make more art to sell.
Congratulations to the satanists, pedophiles, spergs, incels and of course the feds. You did it.
