✍️ The market is boring af, so I've decided to talk about long-term investments in crypto. Technically there are two things that actually matter the #BTC price: halvings and mining difficulty. Despite the global flat market, hash rate is in up only mode, so as mining difficulty: right now Bitcoin network experiences the highest difficulty ever! Summer 2021 dump due to Chinese mining ban looks like a hole in the road, nothing more. Did you think that we are actually exactly in between two halvings? Next one will be only 2 years later! 2015 and 2019 years were good for #BTC and I don't think that 2023 will be an exception! So here is my global thought: the production #BTC price is going up. Due to current political situation electricity price will go up, triggering #BTC production cost. Every global dip is for buying, whether it's $30k or $20k. We all know that Bitcoin WILL set a new ATH in the next couple of years, so why would you miss the profit?

The rate of Bitcoin withdrawal from exchanges is increased. On only 3 other occasions have we ever seen Bitcoin withdrawn from exchanges at this rate. On all 3 occasions we have seen good upward move in Bitcoin.

How to detect early signs of reversal and new trends in LTF We will use only two tools: S/R levels and Market structure First, we will use horizontal lines to separate consolidation zones where the price is compressed with a market structure of very similar highs and lows, from the zones where the price experiences expansions in form of trends, with a clear market structure of higher highs and higher lows in case of an uptrend, and lower highs and lower lows in case of a downtrend. Chart https://www.tradingview.com/x/mBE6sHsq/ Once the consolidation zone is well defined we will wait for 2 signals to confirm that a new trend is starting: 1. A break above the S/R level 2. A break in the market structure. 1. S/R Flip The more times the price touches a resistance, in theory, the weaker the sellers will become and the less selling pressure there will be. That eventually makes the price go through the level and end the consolidation phase resulting in a price expansion/new trend It is very important to wait for price to find acceptance above the level to see that buyers defend the level and that it will not end in a deviation. Break in Market Structure The expansion move generates a high higher than the previous highs of the consolidation and causes a break in market structure, then if buyers hold the price above previous relevant lvl and consolidation zone, a higher low will be formed. An HH is the first sign of a trend change and an HL is the "confirmation" that a new trend is in process. It is vital that you understand that jump on the market hopping for a new trend only with a higher high carries more risk because the price could fall back below the horizontal level and end up in a deviation and you getting trapped. Chart https://www.tradingview.com/x/vWhnMUo8/ How to know when the trend ends To know when the current trend we have captured will end we can use the same two tools in the same way, but in the opposite direction. Observe how around 46-48k the price starts to form highs and lows very close together and at a similar height, the price stops expanding and starts to compress, then the price breaks below the last low it had generated and fail to reclaim after three attempts, that results in the end of that accumulation zone and the beginning of another new expansion of the price in the form of a downtrend.
