We are now looking for an Economics educator/mentor who wants to grow academically, build a personal teaching identity, and earn through teaching, instead of working in a fixed-salary setup. Important clarity upfront: This is not a fixed-salary role. We are not offering a monthly pay structure. We are offering a platform. When meaningful audience traction is achieved, we will move towards coaching classes. We are intentionally following this approach to avoid false expectations for both students and educators. Who we are looking for: Final-year Economics post graduates or Post Graduates who have qualified UGC-NET Strong command over Economics concepts Clear teaching ability and communication skills Serious, trustworthy, and patient individuals Someone who understands that growth takes time and is willing to build patiently.
