The technical reality:
Through extensive live testing, we hit a hard limit on Deriv's current copy-trading infrastructure:
π΄ When copy-trade accounts go above ~10 active, execution speed via Deriv's WebSocket API degrades. Not every account fills at the same price as the master β the lag turns winning trades into losing ones on some accounts. You've seen this firsthand.
π΄ Deriv has not yet enabled multi-account simultaneous execution on their new API. Without it, no matter how well we engineer our side, the slippage is unavoidable beyond a small number of accounts.
What we're doing:
We're in active conversation with Deriv. They've confirmed they're working on the fix. Once shipped, every copy account will fill at the exact same moment as the master β the slippage problem disappears.
The solution is already built:

Our copy-trading platform is fully built, tested, and waiting. The moment Deriv enables the API capability, we go live β every client account fills at master price, master timing. No more slippage roulette.
In the meantime:

βΈοΈ Auto-copy is paused until the Deriv-side fix lands.
