" The 5 Second Rule" is a book by Mel Robbins. It helps you get better at self-control by stopping you from waiting or feeling unsure. You count from 5 to 1 and then do something right away. This makes it easier to start things, keeps you moving, and makes you stronger when things are hard. It also helps with fear and doing things that are a bit scary. If you practice this a lot, you'll get better at doing what you want and being more disciplined. 📕📕 📖📖 📚📚   TikTok | Facebook | Telegram
