After years of anticipation, SEBI has cleared the way for the much-awaited IPO of the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

🏦 Structure: 100% Offer for Sale (OFS)
📈 Reported GMP: ₹200/share*
If the issue size reaches around ₹30,000 crore, NSE could make history with India’s biggest-ever IPO, surpassing Hyundai Motor India’s ₹27,870 crore issue.
But there’s an important detail: since this is an OFS, NSE itself won’t receive the IPO proceeds — the money will go to the existing selling shareholders.
