TODAY is the day! I rarely feel nervous but I am feeling very nervous to share this awareness about me. I could use some lovah showing up to support me as I reveal my story that leaves me feeling raw and vulnerable.
Please sign up and in before the show. I cant help anyone close to start time.
The truth is, I do attach a nominal entrance fee to my shows. Its one way of earning an income so I can afford food, my phone, etc. I put allot of work into my shows. I have no production crew like most do who are monetized. Its just me. The support helps me to survive. My survival helps those who want my piece of the puzzle.
Here's the link to join and thank you for caring. Dont forget, caring is sharing.

Breaking the Spell
Two thoughtful, authentic individuals find themselves gradually dependent on prescription drugs meant to help them. What begins as treatment slowly becomes entrapment. Over time, the medications dull their emotions, cloud their thinking, and disconnect them from who they once were. Their inner lives grow quiet, not with peace, but with numbness. The cost of ease becomes the erosion of self.
Freedom comes at a cost. For those trapped in the grip of pharmaceutical dependency, the journey back to clarity is painful, slow, and often isolating. The drugs promised relief but delivered disconnection — from self, from others, from life’s raw edges. Breaking free means facing what the medication numbed, and reclaiming responsibility for one’s mind and choices. It’s not easy. Withdrawal tests the body. Honesty tests the soul.
In a world quick to medicate discomfort, their story stands as a quiet rebellion — not only against medicine, but against the loss of inner truth. They chose the harder path: to feel everything, to think freely, to risk being fully alive. What they found wasn’t perfection or peace, but something far more valuable — themselves, unfiltered. This is what it means to be free.
This coming Sunday, Jimmy and I were share our own valuable stories dealing with our intimate relationship with benzos, antidepressants and opiates, our breaking free and our healing from such pharmaceutical terror-ism that cost us so much leading us to our liberation.
We will also discuss soulutions and the way to our healed freedom. Join us for a power-packed two hours where we will share our own journeys, our pain, our sorrows, our victories and our own personal redemption.
If you'd like to join us,
We'd lovah to have you there.

I named my puppy Einstein who gave me the bliss of the truest lovah this earth could ever provide. He was the first pup born on my ranch that I adopted to be my lovah.
As I sit here writing this this morning, I am in the chicken yard with my birds pecking, digging, dusting all around me. Crowfeather is standing tall, watchful, curious as I type away. My girls eating the corn I had lain in a circle around my chair. Matzo Pichu, my tom, is circling the water trough wondering what to make of me with the female turks flapping dust all over my stained sweatpants, stained tshirt and my now grey hair yet to be brushed.
Poverty still lingers on my life like a tired out love song but in so many ways, the gold just pours from the skies leaving just enough prana to fill my life with dust, poetry and lovah to make my heart sigh with pleasure. Let me tell you this, NO king or queen has it this good.

July 18, 2025
My daughter had recently died. I felt worn out, wooden, splintered like a 1000 year old plank beaten by sun and sea. I felt completely dead inside. I had a litter of pups up for adoption but didn't feel any desire to live let alone meet new people to get them placed in kind and responsible homes.
While at my lowest, this gentleman called me up interested in a puppy. He asked if he could visit to view the pups and reluctantly, I agreed. He arrived with his rosey red cheeks and white blond hair and beard, gentle, kind and intelligent. We hit it off very well and after an hour or so visit, he picked out the puppy of my dreams. This male puppy, only two born in the litter, was 3 weeks old so the man asked if he could visit once every two weeks until he was 8 weeks which I agreed to.
The next visit we planned for his visit included a lunch. We enjoyed it so much that we made it a bi-monthly date. Sadly, on the third visit, I wasn't in the best emotional space. I was quiet. Remote. Distracted. I was mourning my daughter, my poverty, my disheveled clothes, my neverending workload, my dreams, my grands, menopause and my life in general. My whole world was flipped upside-down in such a way that the depth of my grief was etching across my once radiant face that was now drawn in with a neverending sorrow.
After our meal, he looked at me with clear intention and asked me, "You've talked so much about your garden. Id love to see it. Will you show me this paradise you dreamily speak of?"
Smiling softly, I said yes.
We walked a little over an acre to my 4,500 sf eden, opened the gate and entered my sanctuary that gave me any sense of peace left in my world. I showed him my trellis garden, my beds, my pools, my quail barn, my greenhouse. As we made our way to the back area, standing over my largest herb bed I spoke about my desire to expand to 5000 sf, when he looked at me and said with a lovely smile on his face,
"You see yourself as poor and broken but before me stands one of the wealthiest women I've ever known. Look all around you. Look at all of this food growing by your hands; your love. You are sitting in the high desert of Arizona and here you are growing the most beautiful organic garden full of food and beauty with a wisdom that most will never have. You are so wealthy. Wealthier than the estate owner. Wealthier than the kings of antiquity. They couldn't walk a step without a slave to carry them but here you eat under the warm sun on 40 acres you call your home. I want you to see this. I want you to know what true wealth is."
I looked down at my shoes with a hole in them and my dirt encrusted flannel shirt. I felt the tears slip down my cheeks and as I wiped them away with my frayed sleeve, I looked at the man giving thankfulness for his presence and his witness. I walked around the 15 ft bed and hugged him tightly, thanking him softly.
I felt renewed. I felt seen. I felt a sense of inner humbleness and awareness that, despite my clothing, my unfinished home I was building myself, and my meager pennies that didn't amount to much in any sort of way really, I could breathe in again that I hadn't become a crumb drowning in the oceanic waves of life full of sharks and eels and dark despair that I felt was trying to consume me.
I looked around my garden with a renewed vigor and a deep gratitude that warmed my heart like no sun could ever do. As we walked out of my eden, I glanced warmly at my connected chicken yard with all my fine, feathered beloveds. My heart skipped a few beats and I felt blissed to have the bounty that was mine to cherish.
The last visit my new friend made was with his wife who owned a restaurant in Texas. She whipped us up a gorgeous lunch in my humble outdoor garden. After I did the dishes and their time enjoying the older litter of pups, she announced that they would like to adopt two pups, a brother and a sister while her husband handed me the puppy of my dreams, the one he first had chosen, whom I ecstatically adopted as my own.
Lastly, if you are capable of suturing yourself, a suturing kit on hand is very useful. Ive had a dog shooting blood from her neck artery. By holding the wound shut, and a few stitches, she was fine with ointment and rest.
Always have plastic disposable gloves in your house in plastic bags. Ive had to wing it by going into goats, pigs, dogs to extract babies. Even the cleanest of hands can leave an infection so make sure you have all your tools in a tub ready to go.

Chamomile tea and/or lavender tea, once made up will flush wounds aiding in healing. Chamomile tea can be given cooled to pets instead of water if an animal is in distress.
Salt is great to clean certain wounds and to give paw and hoove baths to unwell animals. Salt baths, particularly Epsom salt baths, can be beneficial for animals, especially dogs and cats, for various reasons like soothing sore muscles and reducing inflammation. Saltwater soaks can also be used to treat minor wounds and skin conditions in pets. However, it's crucial to use the correct type of salt, concentration, and to ensure the animal doesn't ingest the water.
Castor oil for paws, wound protection and hot spots. Dont use liberally as it can cause tummy upset and make sure you use raw, hexane free, organic oil.
Iodine as an antiseptic.
Lemon eucalyptus oil can be beneficial for pets as a natural insect repellent and for its potential antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties but use very diluted and sparingly.
Fermented urine to flush wounds and to knock out an acute illness through oral drenching.

Oregano oil, known for its antibacterial, antifungal, and anti-inflammatory properties, beneficial for dogs when used correctly. It treats yeast, parasites, pests, bacteria and supports immune health. However, it is not recommended for cats.
For GOATS and SHEEP, the top best herbs are:

Several herbs are known for their potential antiparasitic properties in goats and sheep, including wormwood, garlic, and pumpkin seeds. Tannin-rich forages like Sericea Lespedeza and oak leaves can also help manage parasite loads. Also, diatomaceous earth food grade.
There are brands that make a mix of wormwood, black walnut and clove specific for animals and each species. I use this to deworm my sheep and goats.
9. Milk thistle is a beneficial supplement for pets, primarily known for supporting liver health and detoxification. It can help regenerate liver cells, protect against damage from toxins and medications, and improve liver function. Additionally, milk thistle acts as an antioxidant, protecting cells from damage caused by free radicals and potentially aiding in the management of other conditions like diabetes and certain cancers.
10. Echinacea, or purple coneflower, offers several benefits for pets, primarily related to immune system support. It can help strengthen your pet's natural defenses against infections and diseases. It also has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, aiding in faster recovery from illnesses or injuries. Echinacea is a good option for boosting immunity during seasonal changes or times of stress.
11. Probiotics aides in digestion, immune health, allergies, stress, skin health, anxiety and nutrient absorption. Best used with a food grade vitamin c like tapioca vitamin c, etc.
12. Aloe Vera works on skin and fur health, hot spots, skin issues, burns, and as a flea and tick repellent.
13. Calendula, also known as pot marigold, offers various benefits for pets, particularly in wound healing and skin irritation relief. It possesses anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and antifungal properties, making it useful for soothing minor cuts, scrapes, burns, rashes, and insect bites. Additionally, it can aid in digestive upset and support the immune system.
14. Nux Vomica is for pets experiencing digestive problems like indigestion, bloating, and constipation, particularly if these symptoms are related to overeating, dietary changes, or stress. It's also used for vomiting accompanied by retching or colic, and diarrhea or constipation where the pet is straining to pass a bowel movement.
Nux Vomica supports pets during detoxification, especially after medication or exposure to environmental toxins.
Pets exhibiting irritability, impatience, or aggression, especially when linked to underlying physical or environmental factors, might find relief with Nux Vomica. It is particularly indicated if the pet is described as "touchy", aggressive towards other animals or people, and competitive.
Lastly, Nux Vomica is helpful for animals that are overly sensitive to external stimuli like noise or light. I use it myself for this.
15. Well sourced Fulvic Acid / shilajet offers a range of potential benefits for pets, including improved nutrient absorption, enhanced immune function, and detoxification support. Fulvic acid acts as a chelating agent, making it easier for pets to absorb essential nutrients from their food. This improved absorption leads to better overall health and vitality for pets. It is particularly beneficial for dogs with skin conditions, as it helps deliver vital nutrients to the skin for healing and regeneration.
Fulvic acid enhances the activity of white blood cells, which play a crucial role in fighting off pathogens and allergens. By boosting the immune system, it helps reduce the frequency and severity of allergic reactions. It also help balance electrolyte levels, increasing energy and vitality in pets.
Fulvic acid also improves gut health, reduces inflammation, helps with allergies, improves skin and fur, assists wound healing, helps with pest infestation and improves cognition.
16. Black cumin seed oil is incredible for immune health, digestive care, respiratory health, and skin and coat health. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-parasitical and fights cancer. I feel Black seed oil is a miracle oil vital for everyone: pets and humans. Its an essential item. Not so great for cats.
Items not on the list but should be if I had more room:
Honey, especially manuka, is great for skin and wound care and general health.
Tea tree oil used inside a carrier oil like coconut or sesame oil is great for cleaning wounds.
