Quick Question What's the most prominent negative thought that you struggle with or that hinders your growth? This as well is for something I am building for you. Your answer will help me build it.

"It's not about brainwashing or indoctrination. The goal of propaganda is to control what you think other people think" Heard this in a podcast.

The present is life's gift to you. This instant. Not tomorrow, not next week. NOW. Enjoy it. It's life here on you... feel the air around you. The breath... your energy... your eyes... your thoughts. Don't waste it on the negatives.

"Fake it till you make it" is garbage advice. Don't fake anything. Build strong and solid foundations. Strive for genuinely improving every single one of your shortcomings. This cannot be done if you do not work on your self-awareness. But if you fake being someone you're not? You'll never get truly know yourself. All you'll be is a copy of what you think someone else is. You will never feel complete. Instead, take the time to go through the pain of growth and realizing what makes you who you are. Only then can you actively try and improve everything. Become a better person through hardwork and conscious effort. If you "fake it", you'll be living through the eyes of others, you'll forget to impress yourself as you'd be too focused on impressing others. You come first, you're the person you should impress. Everyone else's opinion of you has absolutely no value. Never forget this. Don't focus on faking it, focus on making it.

Almost any habit can cause you harm in the long run. Habits form a pattern of behavior. While that sounds like a benefit to most people, it isn't. , In the long run, it becomes more and more difficult to break the patterns. Considering the uncertainty, you never know which habit can turn out to be unhealthy. Even for the habit with the most proven benefits, it creates a sort of compulsion - wherein you lose the meaning behind the activity and perform it just because it's a part of your life. Think of people who have lost the real meaning of meditation and now do it for "willpower". It's always because of forming a habit. Instead, become intentional. Know why you're doing an activity and stop when you don't require the benefit anymore. Of course, this is way too complicated for a normal being to identify when to perform an activity, and when not to. So, here's a better way to go about this: Occasionally break your habits. Experiment living in a different way. This will free you from your compulsion. It will let you zoom out and evaluate if you still need the habit or if it's causing you more harm.

Most people lack self-trust because they are afraid of the outcome or potential negative situations. It’s foolish to have any opinion about the outcome. You cannot predict it. Even your end goal will change over time. Of course, your opinion will lead to worry. True self-trust comes from believing in your ability to fix every problem that comes your way… not in your ability or in the hope to get the exact result you want.

Sent. Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

Good Evening Based People Hope you had a great weekend so far. I just came back from a long family walk. Highly recommended activity for every Sunday. The newsletter should be out soon. If you want it right in your inbox, the link is 2 messages above. But as always, I'll post it on my website too.

My friend Limitless Reader released a new course yesterday - The Subconscious Architect I had the privilege to go through it early on. I can guarantee that it will help you reprogram your mind to manifest your ideal self and resolve your internal doubts and fears. And so much more. You can check it out here: https://learn.limitlessreader.com/tsa-course It is not an affiliate link. I do not receive a penny if you buy it. Just an honest recommendation.

Have you ever experienced the sense of achievement, slowly slipped into bad habits, and lost your progress? In tomorrow's newsletter I'll give the solution to the problem (and no, it's not just "take action") You can sign up and read the previous letters here: https://basedlibrary.com/letters/

Productive Avoidance Productive Avoidance is when you act to feel productive, not to get results. This can be the constant checking of emails/DMs, reviewing your work over and over again, over-preparation, contemplating over the future or worldly problems that you can’t fix, etc. It’s a nasty trap. The solution? Focus tasks. Every morning, set focus tasks for the day. These should be the tasks that will get the most result. These will give direction to your day and keep you away from falling into productive avoidance.

Take no longer than 5-20 seconds to act, after you have taken the decision to act. If you have to, take the smallest step possible, but do it. 5-20 seconds is all it takes to motivate yourself. Anything after that creates justifications and distractions.

Quick Question Based People What's the biggest mental roadblock you're facing right now (or a limiting belief that often stops you)? I am working on something for you and your answer will help me create it.
