The human mind can justify all means to reach a desired goal
The exact place you are in right now, is due to the justification of the means used by you in the past
Where you'll reach in the future, depends not on the justification, but on the actions you take
Because no matter what you do, you'll be able to justify it
What matters is: are you reaching where you want to be? Or are you not taking the action because you "believe" that the "means are not justified"
If you believe the means are not justified, you'll spend the rest of your life justifying why the means weren't justifiable. While all you did was justify not taking action, because you didn't want to take action.

Do not waste your time worrying about problems you know that exist with the world or society
Worrying is not going to serve you any purpose. It's not going to solve the modern world problems. The modern world is not going to stop trapping the word. People are not going to change their thought process to work in your process, just because you "worry" about it"
The truth is, your worry is an extension of the problems you have discovered. It's great that you have discovered them. Now you can be free. But worrying about them constantly...that's just gonna keep you trapped.
And when I say "worry", this includes blaming people, expecting them to change, and creating every excuse you have right now.
Just because you know there's a problem, doesn't mean you can blame others, or call them fools, etc...and expect everything to change.
No, that's not how it works.
If you have truly discovered the problems with the society, you know only taking action will work for you. Nothing else ever will.

Stay away from everything that can make you feel something you're not. Unless you can control that feeling.
This includes music, motivational videos, movies, advertised foods, etc.
Music can make you feel sad when you aren't. Music, like raps, can also give you the feeling of achieving something, while you haven't
Motivational videos can make you feel driven for the wrong reasons. And it make you believe that you lack willpower in the long run.
Movies can make you feel like your life is a movie, and create bullshit assumptions in your head in accordance to everything you have seen.
Advertised food and beverages can make you feel like the "cool guy", while you aren't.
They heavily distort your reality, making it difficult for you to accept the truth and act on what's real. Avoid them unless you can use them to your advantage (though I don't advice you to)

Repost from Basedonia⢠- By E-go
Many are unable to socialize and or unwilling to in some cases.
Even those who genuinely want to make more connections end up not knowing where to start or what to do.
Here are 6 ways to make more friends and get better socially.
1- Multiply new meetings
Get out there and meet people.
Call old friends and organize a meeting.
It sounds stupid but you make more friends if you don't meet people.
You can't possibly get better socially if you don't practice and put yourself in front of live situations.
2- Capitalize on your friends' friends:
The easiest way to meet new people is through your existing friends.
They probably know or hang out with people that are somewhat similar to them.
This saves you the trouble of approaching total strangers.
Plus you already have friends in common.
Having mutual friends eases the first approach and makes it way smoother.
You already have a common point to talk about (your mutual friend) so the conversation is more likely to have a starting point.
3- Focus on common points:
As mentioned above, the easiest way to make friends is focusing on what you have in common.
By doing so you explain to your interlocutor that they can feel safe while talking to you.
That because you explicitly let them know that you relate to them.
4- Suspend your judgement for a while:
Don't be too quick to judge.
Let people prove their worth but do not let pre-made ideas you might have of them define their value
Give people the time to show their true nature
Goes both positively and negatively
Gather enough info first
5- Take care of your relationships
Don't take anyone for granted.
It costs nothing to call them once in a while to see how they're doing.
If you do this often enough, you can make sure that the day you'll call to ask for something.. They'll be there.
Be smart about it.
6- Understand that you can't be everyone's friend
This is probably the most important
If it doesn't click with someone or the vibe with them is off
Simply move on.
If someone who used to be a friend became distant
Simply move on.
No one is essential, everyone is replaceable.
Use this to your advantage.

Most people you'll ever meet don't have opinions
They have been programmed with certain opinions. And they create their own "Yes" and "No", opinions around those programmed opinions.
They have put little to no effort into it. They don't even know it's an opinion. For them, it's a fact.
-Remember this the next time you are worried about what others might be thinking
464
Awareness comes at a cost. You can't fool your mind anymore.
It knows when you're wasting time. Justify as much as you may, but you'll end up with regret.
A programmed individual might not even justifications. But as an aware being, you're gonna need hell lot of efforts
464
Never justify your actions
Ate something shit? Skipped your workout? Lost control over your impulses? Got distracted? Wasted time?
Accept and take responsibility. Find out what went wrong. Introspect over it. Understand the justification you were trying to make.
1 at a time, kill every justification you have. And never let 1 justification replace another.
PS: I am planning on creating multiple posts on tackling different justifications. Let me know in the comments if you would be interested.

In life, if you had the choice to do anything you want to do, would you love it?
You might say "yes", but the truth is, you don't.
Because you already have the choice
Let me ask you something:
Why are you reading this right now?
Because you chose to. Nobody forced you to read it.
Similarly, everything you do is a choice
Whether you decide to go to the gym or you don't. Whether you build your business/career or you don't.
Everything a choice made solely by you.
You don't "have" to do something. You choose to act. You choose to not act.
Your entire life is based upon the choices you make.
Yet in the presence of all these choices, you still feel forced to act. And you end up "not acting"
Why? Is it yet another excuse or is your mind fooling you with the wrong perspective?
I want you t

Repost from Masculine Tribe
I am not your competition.
Nobody is.
Everyone else is too busy fighting their wars.
Everyone has their problems to solve.
You only have one competition that is yourself.
If you can continuously outgrow yourself.
You stay on the right path forever.
A man's aim is always to get better, it is not a choice.
It is forced on you, you don't have many options.
Either you grind hard and evolve into a better you continuously or you lose.
Focus on yourself.
Everyone and everything else is less important.

Every time you come across something outside your current realm of acceptable knowledge, go through it with an open mind. While understanding that it might all be bullshit.
And for everything you right now, that's definitely all bullshit. Because it's based upon acceptance, not experience.

If you want to win in life, become intentionally
Why do you sleep?
Why do you wake up?
Why do you shit?
Why do you drink?
Why are you reading this?
Why do you eat certain food?
Why donât you eat certain foods?
Why do you walk?
Why do you sit?
Why do you hit the gym?
Why donât you hit the gym?
Why do you scroll through social media?
Why donât you scroll through social media?
Why do you form connections?
Why donât you form connections?
Why do you act impulsively?
Why donât you act impulsively?
Why do you meditate?
Why do you journal?
Why do you need 10 extra minutes to wake up?
Why do you watch YouTube when you should sleep?
Why do you talk to certain people?
Why donât you talk to certain people?
Stop going through life mindlessly. Become intentional about every damn thing.
Seize control over your life.

Though, this is not it. I want you to take a step further.
Go back to the step 1. inspect your current activities and habits. And research about it for days.
For instance, if you eat processed food, find out how itâs made. Find out how it affects your body. You should research so much that you develop a disgust towards it. You should absolutely hate it.
If you canât do this, youâll forever stay trapped under your excuses. And 1 day my friend, it will all end terribly for you.
So, fire up your laptop and start the research. Once you are done with it, start building your willpower like a muscle.
Every time you control your impulse, you strengthen it. Make it so strong that nothing can ever take control over you.
Soon, youâll start loving yourself so much, you wouldnât dare do the wrong activity. You wouldnât need motivation anymore, because youâll be driven by self-love.

Letâs perform a small activity today
(Read further only when you have time to perform the activity)
Take out a piece of pen and paper, and follow the instructions below:
Write everything you do in a day. Your activities. Your habits. Your thoughts and emotions in different situations. Your excuses. Your state of mind. Write every damn thing.
Donât rush the 1st step. Spend a minimum of 20 minutes.
Now, write the names of 20 people closest to you (in terms of your relation with them, and similarity in activities).
Alongside each name, write the activities they perform. The way they act. The impulses they showcase. And the place they have reached in their life.
Finally, compare your answers in step 1 to the answers in the last step.
Can you find any similarities?
If you are being true to yourself, and are like most people, then the answer is yes.
Now, be absolutely honest, and ask yourself, âAre these people anywhere close to the person I want to be?â
(Not just monetarily or socially. Rather, even spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally)
If the answer is âNoâ, then keep reading.
I want you to understand something here.
Right now, you have compared yourself to only 20 people. If you go further, youâll be able to compare yourself to 200, and still find the similarities.
The same impulses, the same delusions, the same excuses, the same skills. The contexts might be different, but itâs all the same.
What does this mean for you?
You are 100% replaceable.
You can get kicked out of a job without a second thought. Because you are replaceable. You can be kicked out of a relationship without a second thought. Because you are replaceable.
The worst of all, you can replace yourself. Rather, you have replaced yourself. Because you are replaceable.
All the shitty activities you perform are a way to replace yourself.
If it makes little sense yet, I want you to brood over this.
You cannot enjoy your company. So, you enjoy the company of Netflix, pizza and porn. Thatâs whatâs happening in your life right now.
If you were any different, you wouldnât need to replace yourself. You would absolutely enjoy yourself. You would be joyful with your own company.
With time, this will only become worse. Youâll become further dependent and further mentally weak. Your system will collapse.
Might sounds harsh or too far-fetched, but it is true. I have been in that situation myself. And trust me, itâs not something you want to experience. At least not too late in life.
Look, I am not trying to motivate you. Motivation will not help you any further.
What I am showing you is the reality.
You might still make an excuse to not hit the gym. You might slip in a few bottles of coke. But one day, my friend, you wonât be able to come out.
And this is the truth.
Now, itâs upon you to either make a change or destruct yourself.
If you havenât yet realized, this is the post on willpower I promised. Thereâs no other way to build your willpower other than realizing whatâs necessary.
Motivation will only make you excited to work. But itâs only once you truly understand the need that youâll take the step.
You can practice affirmations and positive self-talk, but nothing will work. They made those methods to sell you books and course, not to help you improve.
