How to install:
For now, it's only possible to do with PBRP, maybe.
1. Put overlay apk on internal, dont put inside any folder.
2. Boot to PBRP
3. Mount System
4. Open terminal at Advanced Menu
5. mount -o remount,rw /system
6. cp /sdcard/treble-overlay-xiaomi-redmi9a.apk /system/product/overlay/
7. Reboot
