尊敬的用户，经过我们检查，西雅图和凤凰城区域使用的vf面板存在问题，目前虽然暂不影响机器使用，但是依赖面板进行的操作均将无法进行。因此我们决定重建西雅图和凤凰城区域的服务器，以重装面板。 因为重装操作会抹除所有用户数据，特发邮件提醒各位用户备份自身数据。 维护时间预计为北京时间10月26日上午12点至10月27日上午12点，维护完成后，将为所有受影响的用户补偿5天时长，造成不便，敬请谅解。 --- Dear customer, after our investigation, we have identified issues with the VF panel used in the Seattle and Phoenix regions. While it currently does not affect the use of the machines, any operations relying on the panel will be unavailable. Therefore, we have decided to rebuild the servers in the Seattle and Phoenix regions to reinstall the panel. Since the reinstall operation will erase all user data, we are sending this email as a reminder for all users to back up their data. The maintenance window is expected to be from 12:00 AM on October 26th (UTC + 8) to 12:00 AM on October 27th. After the maintenance is completed, all affected users will receive compensation of 5 days of usage time.
