Due to our brand operations, we are planning to migrate all virtual machines in the UK London region to new cabinets, upgrade the network and server hardware, and replace the Virtfusion panel with a more modern one by November 17th at 12:00 (UTC).
Please make sure to complete your data backup and download work by November 16th at 12:00 (UTC).
Afterward, we will proceed with the allocation of new server resources and notify you via email and announcements once the allocation is completed. Your VPS's IP will remain the same after the server change.

In light of the operational requirements of our brand and the obsolescence of the equipment in the Phoenix area, we have planned to transition all users from the Phoenix region to the Seattle region before 12:00 (UTC) on November 18th.

The migration policy is as follows:
1.For users currently paying £1.5/£1.2 (with a discount code)
Migration to Seattle will be supported based on the actual remaining service period (up to a maximum of 12 months, with any excess refunded to your balance). The renewal price will be £2 per month (this is in relation to the current original price of £3 per month in Seattle, with an additional 5GB of disk space compared to the Phoenix package), with the discount code remaining valid and a compensation of 14 days of usage time due to prior maintenance.
2.For users of the 8.15 Flash Sale
Since the specifications are the same as those of the Seattle region's 8.15 Flash Sale, migration will be direct to Seattle with no changes in configuration (effectively a free upgrade to EPYC+NVME), including 14 days of usage time compensation due to prior maintenance.
3.For users with custom configurations
Please submit a support ticket for detailed inquiries.
If you do not require migration, please submit a support ticket to inform us. The related policy is as follows:
The Phoenix servers will be available until 12:00 (UTC) on November 18th, and can be used until then. If your service period extends beyond November 18th, you will be eligible for a refund based on the remaining value from that date, either through the original payment method or via an Alipay static QR code, with the remaining time including the 14 days compensation period.
Should you need to migrate to another region or to renew a server in a different region, please submit a support ticket stating your request. The related policy will allow for an immediate ticket-based refund of the remaining value, plus an additional 20% loyalty bonus credit, with the remaining time including the 14 days compensation period.
If you do not select any of the aforementioned solutions, we will proceed with the migration of your machine on November 19th. If you require a specific solution or wish to migrate earlier, please contact us via a support ticket.
