🔥 vForge is gearing up for a potential launch in a few weeks, if the referendum passes this weekend! To that effect, and to be ready when we have a working product, this week we’ve locked in the GTM (go-to-market) strategy, crafting both the website and marketing plan to showcase Vitcom’s anticipated power alongside live product demos, affiliate programs, and strategic partnerships that will target small market makers.
💡 Web3 developer outreach is on fire! We’re keeping the one-on-one engagement strong, pushing Dynamic VNRG across multiple platforms. This week’s score: 4 new leads—2 devs, 1 integrator, and 1 potential partner ready to explore possibilities!
☎️ Taylor and I have set up a weekly sync with Victus to explore Vitreus + vForge synergies with their portfolio.
💰 And yes, we’re still hunting for grants to fuel our growth! If there’s free money out there, we’ll find it. 😎🔥

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Important Update ⚠️⚠️⚠️
Hello Everyone,
Our Mainnet runtime update is targeted for the end of the month! This means that Dynamic VNRG will be pushed to Mainnet! During the following 2 weeks after our deployment of Dynamic VNRG we will be collecting data and we'll adjust anything needed during this window of enhanced vigilance to ensure everything is as intended.
After we push this runtime update on Friday (January 31st) the current vApp (4.0.1) will lose its VNRG tab functionality.
⚠️ This means you will not be able to swap VNRG until the new version is out. DO NOT BE ALARMED! ⚠️
This is expected behavior and we will have a vApp update ready for Apple and Google to review and hope to see it pass through approvals over the weekend.
- vApp 4.0.2 will remedy the VNRG tab and add some new functionality, as well as fixes to the performance we’ve seen degraded since 4.0.1
💥 Further updates, [vGovern ](https://dao.vtrs.io/council) and the [Green Explorer](https://explorer.vtrs.io/txs?events) updates are Live! 🚀
There will be a new proposal put forward related to the 🤖vForge MVP coming out today as our next Referenda.
Lastly, 🌉 Hyperlane is slated to follow-up the push of Dynamic VNRG, which needs to be redeployed, machines turned on and testing conducted before its ready to release (optimisically 2.5+ weeks), which is included in the considerations within the vForge MVP scope.
Some more details at the Townhall Today.
To recap:
- Dynamic VNRG will be pushed to Mainnet Friday!
- vGovern and Green Explorer Live!
- vApp’s VNRG tab will be unusable after the runtime update but will be fixed in 4.0.2
- vApp 4.0.2 will be ready for app store review over the weekend.
- Hyperlane soon!
Dev pod has been doing great! Thank you for the continued support everyone!

The upcoming runtime update and 4.0.2 vApp will introduce a new button that allows you to copy your old private key from application cache to load a wallet that was used before. In order to use this function, please DO NOT clear your application data between 4.0.0 and 4.0.2
🦾
🚀Version 4.0.0 is here!
Here's what's new:

⚠️There are known issues which are being remedied and deployed within the next 48 hours ⚠️
- Changing WiFi connection while in the vApp will drop the chain connection. Restarting your vApp will fix this.
- RPC / Mainnet Metadata issues in vApp are causing issues with vApp recognizing gVolt balances rendering Swap and Reward Claiming functions unavailable temporarily.
These issues are due to moving from Testnet to Mainnet. They are minor fixes which have been identified and are working to be concluded. If any other issues are discovered, please report them in our Discord Support channel.
🗒 Due to the restructuring of the account architecture to support multiple accounts, you will need to input your wallet's seed phrase again.
Please do not answer DMs about support; we don’t do that. Open a 🎟ticket and our VITCOM team will assist you.
Thank you for your patience. 🎉
Announcing VITCOM!
🔗 Vitcom.co
The new and official community operations center supporting Vitreus is now live. Although it’s in the early stages, the infrastructure transition begins today, and the website is soft-launching!
---
VITCOM's Mission
Previously, the community was supported by one large team, the "C.A.T." team, which functioned as a group of freelancers helping wherever needed. While effective for a time, this approach revealed challenges like insufficient social media focus, overloaded support tickets, and lack of educational resources due to design flaws in the old system.
With a fresh start this year, VITCOM introduces a new structure with three specialized teams. Each team focuses on specific goals, moving away from the "everyone does everything" approach to better meet the needs of the community. Additionally, VITCOM extends beyond Discord, reaching broader audiences across multiple platforms.
---
VITCOM Teams
📚 EDUCATION
The focus is on simplifying documents and technical content. The goal is to make Vitreus more accessible, creating resources that help the community and make it easier for new audiences to learn about Vitreus.
🎺 SIEGE
Led by Nick, the CMO, Siege works on strategizing social media efforts to target the most effective platforms, times, and content. The goal is to attract more viewers and builders to the Vitreus ecosystem.
🛡 GUARD
This team continues the support work previously done by the C.A.T. team. They handle customer service, foster engaging discussions, provide information, and maintain server security against potential attacks.
OPERATORS
vNode operators now have their own dedicated section in the community website, recognizing their vital role in the ecosystem.
---
Volunteer Efforts
The new team structure opens opportunities for community members to get involved without the stress or obligations of an official role. Starting next week, signups will be available for anyone interested in contributing to a team. Volunteers will receive guidance and insight into operations, helping drive team success for the benefit of Vitreus. Stay tuned for more details!
---
Final Thoughts
VITCOM is not meant to replace the Vitreus website, which remains business-focused. Instead, it serves as a community-driven platform that supports the foundation and provides a welcoming entry point for new users.
Community feedback is encouraged! Share your thoughts in chat. Content improvements and additions, particularly in the Education section, will be ongoing in the coming weeks and months.
Have a wonderful weekend, Vitreus Community!

From the CMO's Desk: Recap of the Week and a Look Ahead
The current marketing strategy is pivoting exclusively to promoting Dynamic VNRG, emphasizing its features as a next-generation solution for Web3 developers. This campaign is designed to maximize awareness, engagement, and adoption within the Web3 developer community, leveraging a creative, zero-budget approach to make maximum impact.
Our 4-week plan kicks off this coming Monday with building awareness through blogs, infographics, and social media threads, followed by deeper engagement with live Q&A sessions, GitHub resources, and practical use case examples. The focus will then shift to community building and adoption through tutorials, case studies, and direct, one-on-one developer outreach powered by Mentionlytics.
By utilizing free platforms like X, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Dev, Farcaster, and Reddit, combined with active community participation through collaboration with the CAT Team, we’re strategically positioned to amplify visibility and foster trust. From the CMO's Desk: Recap of the Week and a Look Ahead
This week, we’re gearing up for an engaging January with our Vitreus Friday Events, aimed at strengthening our community and showcasing the incredible capabilities of our Layer-0 technology. Here’s a recap of what’s coming:
1. Vitreus Build-a-Thon (Jan 10): A creative mini-hackathon where community members will propose innovative B2B dApp ideas for a chance to win VTRS tokens, NFTs, and more.
2. Gas-Free Giveaway (Jan 17): A social media celebration highlighting Vitreus' low transaction costs.
3. Flash Trivia Frenzy (Jan 24): A fast-paced trivia event to test your blockchain and Web3 knowledge with exciting prizes.
🌟 Planning Ahead:
We're also assessing whether to retain HackerEarth, a renowned platform for organizing developer-focused events, to help us level up the Build-a-Thon in the future. Once our dynamic VNRG features are live and developer documentation is available, this could transform into a larger event where Web3 developers enter the contest and build directly on Vitreus.
This strategy not only amplifies awareness of our technology but also creates a hands-on experience for developers, reinforcing our position as the go-to Layer-0 platform for building innovative dApps.
Stay tuned for updates as we explore these opportunities and keep growing together!

From Chad:
COMPLiQ EOY VIP Builder Update
Wow! What a year! Looking back at the beginning of 2024 in awe of the amount of work that has gone into getting us to where we are now — GO TIME!!
From launching the DAO and working through numerous power struggles, to the passionate voting and governance debates, all the ups and downs the community has experienced together have shaped and prepared us for what is to come in 2025. Many have gone. Many will come.
A LOOK BACK
April through September was the development period for the COMPLiQ product. CDI refined designs and user stories as we built the MVP along with holding roughly 150 meetings with CISOs from across the globe teaching us what the pain points are within our target market. We have certainly learned A LOT and our product has evolved into a truly valuable cyber security solution for traditional businesses.
The September MVP milestone brought us a software demo that allowed us to begin pursuing our 3 beta customers with Proof of Concept (POC) contracts, which has guided us with success criteria.
Additionally we rolled out our professional AI consulting services, *Envisioning*, designed to assist large enterprise on their strategy around responsible and secure AI. This is where our small amount of realized revenue ($18,704) came from in 2024. 3% of this will be paid into VIP contract and 2% of this will be paid into VIPP contract.
Since September we have been focused on establishing partnerships with leaders in the tech sales channels space. We have secured 4 strong distribution partnerships for the COMPLiQ product which we expect will begin producing for us in 2025. We plan to bring a Chief on to oversee the training and education initiatives across all of these channels.
Additionally, we have secured 3 POC contracts that are set to begin converting to paid contracts throughout Q1 of 2025.
Lastly, we are very excited to engage in a brand new formal partnership with University… joining their cyber security board with 18 other blue chip cyber companies. We look forward to University assisting us with all our research, development, and commercialization needs as we look to push out a national “Secure AI on Campuses” campaign together.
A LOOK FORWARD
The University POC (identity confidential) is set to expire on 2/4. At that point the contract will convert to a Master Service Agreement and begin generating revenue for CDI (VIP) and using gVolts for VITREUS.
The other 2 POCs are also set to convert in February and March.
Additionally, our calendar has many initial discovery meetings with other mainstream universities and state municipalities over the next 2 months. All new contracts will begin as MSAs, generating monthly recurring revenue (MRR) at inception.
We also are very excited to finalize a technology partnership with one of our distribution channels, XO Cyber, greatly expanding our scanner and threats technology.
Lastly, CDI has finalized a joint partnership with a new VITREUS paraChain VIP builder. Applications and paperwork are processed for appropriate licenses and have received approval from FINRA for a 120 day hold on the name — Navitron.
I am very happy with the way things are progressing!!
Happy New Year’s to ALL!! 2025 is our year!! 🫡
