BEEP! ⏰ We're sorry to wake you up to this public service announcement, but, there is a deadline approaching and we don't want you to be caught being late for this deal. Remember the Pre-RFR'25 registration, the one with the raffle tickets? Well that one is about to close. So wake up and read this announcement. In the last announcement, we were happy to announce that we've raised 2800€ of the 6000€ goal for this year. Obviously a lot of competition entered the raffle whilst all of you were sleeping on the job. Because we're currently at 5275€, that's amazingly close to our goal! 👉🏼 We're currently at ▰▰▰▰▰▰▰▱ 88% of the RFR'25 goal! All this money makes it possible to make sure that Reffurence would have a longer period in time to make sure that all the rooms are available during registration. At the same time.. it also creates a possibility into a pre-party at the start of the year.. Pre-party? Well heck yeah! Keep an eye out on our socials for more information. How does the Raffle work again? In your dashboard at reffurence.com, the Pre-RFR'25 event has already been opened up since the closing ceremony, during the whole month of November, you will be able to make a donation. This will be open until the 1st of December. The donations will be registered on your account, making sure that we don't forget about what you've done for the next edition. Paying will happen through the normal payment system that's also been used with registration last year. What do you get in return? Well first of all, you'll get an awesome RFR'25 convention (thee-hee). Second of which, we're raffling the following things, so that the donations aren't "worthless" to you. The following will be raffled amongst the donators; 1. Complete residential stay (room + con ticket) main days for 2p. 2. Special unique item. 3. Tier-1 sponsorpacks. 4. Invite-only event tickets. 5. Wellness voucher. And for everyone who made a donation; 6. Discount on the conshop items. 7. Special badge and lanyard. 8. Mention on the website and conbook. When's the Raffle going to close? On the 1st of december 2024, it's not going to be possible to donate / claim raffle tickets anymore. Refferic will collect all the donations for the raffle and then the machine will decide our faith on the winners. They will then be contacted by Refferic (telegram or email) before they are announced to make sure they actually know about it before it all goes public. 😅 And together, let's make sure that Reffurence doesn't turn into a nightmare. But that doesn't mean that your applications are less valuable to us! Just make sure you read trough the vacancy text before applying and make sure to include the 5 points to the email, otherwise we won't be able to reply or schedule an interview with you. All previously send in applications are valid and will be picked up as soon as possible (tm), since we're almost ready with our organization and the calculations of how many volunteers we actually are going to need for next edition. A quick update after 11 days of having the Pre-RFR'25 raffle open.. We've collected 46% of our goal! 2800€ has been raised so far, and we're enormously thankful for all the people who donated and helped us reach the next hotel! 👉🏼 We're currently at ▮▮▮▮▮▯▯▯▯▯▯ 46% of the RFR'25 goal! A lot of you asked what the goal would be, which is a fair question, so after numerous calculations we're able to state that the goal is set at 6000€. 👀 This investment ensures that deposit for the hotel can be made as soon as possible, which allows us to secure the booking. In other words, that money makes it possible to make sure that Reffurence would have a longer period in time to make sure that all the rooms are available during registration. Maybe a weird post for a furry convention but we're really proud to share this picture with you! Preparations for RFR'25 are already in full swing, look at our organized storage facility. This is only possible with the support of our attendees. 💕✨ Thanks to the sale of the daytickets and contickets our own livingrooms and attics are now freed of all the assets that are used by the convention and they are now stored in this handy-dandy storage unit. Just one more question.. It's so much work to organize a furcon, When are we going to sleep? 😴

Hello Dreamers! 🌥 As mentioned during the closing ceremony, we're in need of a small investment before we're actually able to go the next venue. The alternative variant would be to open up registration almost tomorrow, which wouldn't be the most favorable option to start off with a good sleep. 😴 So instead of snoozing this one out, we're opening up our Pre-RFR'25 donation possibility system! This allows you to donate a certain amount of money (25€) which then make it possible for Reffurence to delay the registration with some reasonable time so that everyone will be able to at least catch a ghos.. some sleep. 👻 How does it work? For people who can't attend, but have donated, we will find a different way to give you the reward that you earned due to the fact that your raffle has been pulled. So don't worry, if your donation is pulled out of the hat, you will be rewarded anyway. When it's valid? Well.. it's only valid for RFR'25. Since we're not able to know if RFR'26 will also have the same amount of items and events available. Do I get a bigger chance if I donate more? Yes, with every raffle, more "tickets" (or donations in this case) will end up in a higher chance of you actually getting picked. However, everyone who has donated will receive a discount on conshop items and yes, there will be unique conshop items this year which only will be sold at the conshop.. 👀 When is the raffle being pulled? You will have until the 1st of December 2024 to donate or get your raffle tickets in, after the 1st of December the raffle will be pulled and the winners will firstly be messaged by Refferic before the whole list will be announced in public. ✨ Post-Howl-O-Ween Attendee Survey ✨ I personally hope that this edition was a successful and good experience for you. I really enjoyed being together with so many furs in Rotterdam that I might not have spoken to you at all or didn’t have the time to have a calm and collective sit down to collect your thoughts and ideas. After all, the biggest feedback point I’ve already received was that “I was too extremely busy”. At the convention itself we’ve organized a feedback panel. Where we already have collected a lot of feedback for next year’s event. Even with the attendance at that panel, we’re sure that we’ve not reached out to all of you.
