A doctor who labelled Covid vaccines 'the crime of the century' has forced medical authorities to hand back his licence after a two-year suspension. Queensland's Supreme Court sided with Dr William Bay, who self-represented against a top legal team employed by the Queensland Medical Board and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). In his ruling, Justice Thomas Bradley described the conduct of the two medical regulators as 'profoundly unsatisfactory' and their accusations against Dr Bay as 'entirely unfounded'. Dr Bay has been unable to practise after his licence was suspended in August 2022. On his X account, Dr Bay said that having won his case, where he was awarded costs and had all ongoing investigations dismissed, he would keep speaking out. 'We will not forget the vaccine-injured and the crime of the century is now exposed,' he tweeted. Bravo, Dr Bay. Hold the line!

🇦🇺 Former NSW Police Senior Constable Michelle Carlon says her workers compensation income has now been cut off, leaving her without an income after years of publicly accusing the force of serious wrongdoing and refusing what she says was a multimillion-dollar settlement tied to a non-disclosure agreement. Carlon served with NSW Police for about 10 years and reached the rank of Senior Constable. She says she formally reported serious misconduct in 2021 and 2022, had a psychological injury claim accepted, and was medically discharged in 2023. She says she was later offered millions to settle while remaining silent. She refused. “My morals, my integrity and my ethics do not have a price,” she wrote. Her allegations extend well beyond her own treatment. Carlon says she worked on Strike Force Eckersley, an investigation into historic child sexual abuse, and claims what she witnessed left her believing powerful and influential people could escape proper scrutiny. Those are serious allegations and should be treated as allegations unless independently established, but they are precisely the sort of claims that demand evidence be examined rather than the whistleblower simply disappearing from public view. Carlon now claims her workers compensation payments have stopped, her Australian Taxation Office access has been blocked because she is listed as a terrorist, and she cannot use her Tax File Number, lodge tax returns, access Centrelink or essential myGov services. She also alleges government surveillance has been used against her. I could not locate a public explanation from the agencies involved addressing those specific claims. She says she is seriously ill, caring for her son and now unable to meet basic living and treatment costs. Whatever the ultimate findings about every allegation she has made, a former police officer who says she reported misconduct, refused a confidential payout and is now alleging financial and administrative exclusion by government agencies deserves answers on the record.
