💢💢 Dear friends, your emotions are real when trading
If you feel fear, you feel pain and These are real, but the thing is, these feelings should not affect your behavior
We must learn to watch our emotions
It is a skill to be able to watch and not be affected
This basic skill is self-knowledge and it does not happen overnight in the trader
It needs practice, efficiency like meditation makes us better
Imagining the trading session before it starts (whether it's good or bad) makes us recognize emotions better
We have to do this so consciously that it is engraved in our subconscious
If we say that we cannot adhere to our rules, it is because of this, for example, that we hope that by breaking the rules, the result that we had a chance to achieve last time by breaking the rules will be repeated.
But if we imagine this before the session, we can avoid these issues to a large extent
We have to consider that we have to put aside perfectionism and all traders make mistakes, but the difference is in making their mistakes smaller or bigger.
