(Repeat this process of generating new cards until you get a live card). 8. Visit the website for which the BIN was provided. 9. Before opening the website, connect to a VPN of the required country (for example, if the IP in the post is from the US, then connect to a USA VPN). 10. The address should also be from that country (you can find one using Google Maps). 11.
