Hey fam I will obviously be digging myself too but I will not be handling any type of official investigation, that would be a conflict of interest in basically every sense. I have shared everything I have that can help the investigations and of course cooperate in every way but thats the extent of the role I should play. From my circle BCPD will handle and post any official investigation, Trestilo caught the txs that led to finding this and I am sure he will be finishing his investigation and I'm sure there will be more after seeing the scope of this. I also personally lost a chunk of money on this, a part of this tax would have went to me. Additionally my projects are some of the effected so any official investigation from me would be inappropriate and I want there to be no question to the results. I will share any updates I come across. I'm sure there will be some preliminary stuff coming soon. My statement was to communicate with my holders the situation as it effects us, as I see it, and eat crow for it. It does not represent any official accusation to any person, does not represent any finality to the investigation or any results in any way. None of that is for me to do in the current situation.

This is probably the hardest thing I've ever had to deal with as a dev. There's no easy way to say this so I will just come out with it. I started devving to make projects that I knew were safe. Everything I do in this space is to create a safe environment for investors. I have lost so much money doing this and often walk the line of it harming my family financially. Thats a lie, it has harmed my family financially, though that's not easy for a dad to say. I did not start this as some solidity expert. I do not write my own contracts contrary to alot of the rumors that go around. I have in fact admitted this in AMAs etc. It is public knowledge but not something that I advertise openly. The base code has always been written by someone I once considered a close friend. I have had it audited and it has been scrutinized by many many people in the space and always complimented. It was recently discovered that the coder hid code in the contract that allowed him to skim 10% of taxes. This is something that has happened all the way back to TrueBurn. I was not the only victim. Countless tokens have been found with this code and a insane amount of BNB has been stolen from projects everywhere. I do not think the true extent has even been found yet. I have around a year of chat history with coder and between everything I think we can find his real identity. Needless to say I'm feeling a wide array of emotions. Not only was I robbed but my holders were as well. My family has had food taken off the table. My friends have had food taken off their table. The "old me" wants to spend every waking moment tracking him down and bringing my kind of justice. I want to be clear there is no danger to holders. It was tax skimming so all damage has already been done. Please do not go panic sell, you will only feed him more. The malicious code has been found and fix is being implemented. I will redeploy all projects on fixed contract. The financial loss to me and possible damage to my reputation is the smallest of my concern. What makes me want to puke is I have failed you guys. My honesty and the safety I provide is everything to me and I utterly failed. I can not say how sorry I am. No amount of apologies can change this failure. I still have not processed this fully. My initial reaction was that my career as a dev is over, however if I bend to this thinking then another scammer has won. I still believe this space deserves people who are legit and honest and removing one from the space does not help. At this moment I'm pretty gutted but I refuse to let this kill everything that we have all built together. Some people are using this as a reason to try to come after my reputation which is to be expected. I have always been honest with everyone and that will not change. All my real information, the info proving my identity and countless hours of conversations about my life are all public. Hell, many of you know me better than my real life friends. To the naysayers and supporters alike all I can say is that I will continue to prove myself, words are cheap. I will do everything in my power in concert with all the scam hunters I know to find the info on the offender and bring him to justice. I will implement repairs and redeploy fixes and continue to be open and honest. Outside of my character and the proof I have that I did not make the contracts there is nothing else I can do to show who I am so as alot in life it is left to public opinion. I have already seen some people I have helped immensely in the space talking down on me with absolutely nothing pointing to me with this and its disheartening to say the least but speaks to them more than me in this situation. Ever have one of those days that felt like no matter how hard you try to make everyone happy, nobody is happy?

I have to test a upgraded contract on mainnet and am considering doing it public to save myself alot of time. Haven't fully decided yet but might have a launch coming. Waiting for more of team to wake up and get input on methodology. May be less headache in the end to just do it ourselves. If we do go public it is likely we will accept addys for WL. Have caught fud from a couple about WL launches but it is the only launch method I have seen that isn't killed by bots and I think the only people with issue are the people that don't want to put their name to their wallet or are mad they can't bot so not gonna worry about it lol Will likely be a degen but possible we will make it base of next phase assuming all works as intended contract upgrade wise. This will be disclosed before we launch either way. I know there are alot of ifs in this but wanted to give notice because some have complained they don't know when something is coming. I should prob make like a channel or something for that so people can follow eh 😉😂

Hey fam update on Foxys token. I feel kinda bad here, our launches overlapped a bit so this didn't get nearly the amount of attention it usually would have from me simply because I was so busy. It was doing very well then it got sold on heavily. Sitting at 3k rn which is a crying shame I talked with Foxy for a bit today after I was catching up from being sick and she is of course bummed as anyone would be but says she will carry on regardless. She has some 3d NFTs she is going to be releasing which are fucking great. True moon or dust for me. I haven't sold a single token and have a few bags. She is the kind of dev I will always support because she is honest and puts her heart into everything she does and one of these is gonna moonshot. There is no reason it can't be this one! It's floored now and anyone who hasn't sold at this point is there for Foxy and the project not short term. Its like a new start in many ways. I think her supporters (and I know there are many) should be able to coordinate a turn around. I will def help out with it all I can.
