I remember those nights where I’d go to bed hungry. Not ‘cause I was fasting, but because I couldn’t afford anything else. Plain white rice with sweet soy sauce was dinner most days. Sometimes not even that. I’d sit there scrolling through social media, watching everyone living life partying, eating good, laughing.. While I was stuck in my room, headphones in, studying charts on a old phone that barely works well, getting scammed by fake mentors out there, wondering if this would ever work. And yeah, it hurts. I cried some nights. Not because I was weak, but because I was tired. Tired of feeling stuck. Tired of watching my parents struggle. Tired of watching the days go by like nothing was changing.
