11 I will say this one more time. I am an Orthodox Catechumen, which means I am studying doctrine from the church in preparation to be entered into the faith. We believe in ONE faith, not in thousands of individual churches interpreting scripture on their own confirmation bias. This has been after three years of doing this on my own and finding all modern Christianity to be plagued with heresy, much of that was witnessed in this channel here.
In saying that, ALL are welcome here. But, this is MY channel where I share what I am reading, listening to, quotes I like from saints, etc. I have lost about 5,000 followers on telegram but have been gaining a lot on Instagram. This is likely due to a HUGE push out of modern Christianity into the Orthodox church. I am interested in helping genuine people who seek the truth, but I am NOT interested in constant petty rebuttals rooted in very young western perception of what being a Christian looks like.
Telegram is a toxic bubble and honestly it's been used to enslave people into a conspiracy mindset that isolates and pushes people into a sort of paranoia. I know because I look back on this now as a distant nightmare. All over telegram, people spread heresy like the rapture, once saved always saved, dispensationalism, calvinism. Anyone who speaks out is likely to be removed from the conversation or degraded to the point where they leave angry and upset. People spew lies and twist scripture to fit their confirmation bias. This is not how brothers and sisters should treat each other.
Trust me, it is much easier being a Christian when you can ignore the parts of the bible you can't explain, or have no accountability for the heresy you spread. I am not interested in this and I don't claim to be an expert in anything. I will always point people to a church and a priest if they can get there as this is the best way to get legitimate questions answered. I turn 49 years old today, and I am very grateful for all of the blessings that God has bestowed upon me, but above all, I’m grateful that Jesus chose me to be a child of His to serve Him in this earth.

29 When I think about Memorial Day, the part that makes me the most sad is how many courageous and honorable men have sacrificed their lives for a corrupt establishment, fighting senseless wars for the greed-fueled military industrial complex, how many mothers will never see their child again because of evildoers who love war.
It is all so senseless. It doesn't take away from the courage and honor these men and women have. I love our military and I love our country. I am desperate for the TRUTH to be revealed and for justice to be served, and for vindication.
On this memorial day, I will remember all of the honorable men and women, but I will also remind us all of the disgraceful ones who have tarnished the military's legacy and memory by being despicable members of the deep state while wearing ⭐️⭐️⭐️. Using the military uniform as a guise for installed integrity knowing it couldn't be further from the truth.
Some gave all, all gave some.
Don't forget this day is especially hard for veterans and not a day of BBQ and fun.

30 Here is an account of a raid on a “home Church” in 303 AD. This was before Christianity was even a legal religion yet, as persecutions were still underway. Who was there?
A bishop, three priests, two deacons and three subdeacons. Oh, and Readers are mentioned, who were the keepers of the Scriptures.
What did they find?
Gold chalices, silver vessels, vestments, candlesticks, and hanging lampadas.
Home Church wasn’t a Bible study with guitars and a casual meal. It was liturgical worship. The threefold offices of the Church always existed, and the minor orders are authentically ancient.
In the words of a good priest I know, “they were doing what we Orthodox do today, just hiding in someone’s house.”

Yesterday she started to have a turn around for the better and her oxygen is getting better and they moved her to a new floor. Jesus Christ is King. Now and forevermore. And one thing I know, no matter what, my mom loves Jesus Christ with all her heart and soul. I know she will for ever be in heaven with Him. This is what peace I have and will always have when it’s her time.

33 I am very sorry I have not been here to post as much as usual, but I just wanted you guys to know that my mother is in the hospital and she is not doing well at all. They are saying that she may not make it.
She has COPD stage four along with emphysema stage four and they have her on double oxygen now. I am completely heartbroken and I have been just trying to keep myself together. If something happens to my mom, I don’t think I would be the same. My mom means the world to me. Even if we have disagreed, she’s done things to me to hurt me (unknowingly and foolishly) I forgive her. I know how much she loves me. She is a beautiful soul. She’s just naive.
Please, keep my mother in your prayers. Her name is Dixie. I am devastated. I feel like I just want to get out of this earth and go be with God. 😓 I’m so sick of all this wickedness.

Christian Worship & the Old Testament
This video treats the subject of how the Church is in continuity with the Old Testament law and prophets, specifically in terms of worship. It is often claimed by muslims that Christianity today is out of accord with Moses and Jesus in terms of how they worshipped the one God. What muslims overlook however, is the Church which uses liturgy as its form of worship, and instead focus on modern incarnations of Protestantism. More pertinently, we will see how Islam completely neglects the temple, priesthood and sacrifice which were foundational for the prophets both for forgiveness and adoring God. It is in fact Islam which is an aberration and has broken with the prophetic tradition, and to arbitrarily claim that whole chunks of books in the Old Testament are corrupted just because they disagree with your religion is ad hoc and absurd.
