Error: "Transaction to the bridge is found but oracles’ confirmations are not collected yet. Wait for a minute and try again." The bridging process usually takes only 15-30min. In 99% of cases it's a browser cache/display issue. If transactions don't show up even after 15min+: 1. Disconnect wallet from bridge website 2. Clear browser cache 3. Clear cookies for bridge website 4. Check status via Transaction Tab on bridge website again. If issue persists: Wait for about 60-90min. This is transitory and usually happens during times of high usage/backlog/congestion. The system in the background is decentralized and needs consensus to confirm bridge transactions. Affected transactions then take longer than usual. If the error persists for longer than 90min AND you completed the reset steps above, please DM an admin with the txn hash and error message reference. We will have a look at it.

Bridge Error: "Transaction to the bridge is found but oracles’ confirmations are not collected yet. Wait for a minute and try again." Transactions don't show up even after 15min+ wait: The bridge itself is working and your funds are fine, when you enter the hash into the search you should be shown the error above. This is transitory and usually happens during times of high usage. The system in the background is decentralized and needs consensus to confirm bridge transactions. Affected transactions will take longer than usual. TLDR: Bridge is SLOW if this error shows, please be patient :) If the error persists for multiple hours, please DM an admin with the txn hash and error message reference. We will have a look at it.
